I never received an email, but the team did show up as scheduled. 4 or 5 guys arrived to set up four pieces of furniture. They were fairly speedy and everything was done in an hour or less. Unfortunately, one piece was assembled incorrectly and I had to contact customer service for a replacement. They have no customer service phone number and everything is handled via email, but they were very speedy with their responses, which was appreciated. I also requested to switch out my mattress and they accommodated my request for free within the three day grace period. Overall, it's been a good experience.

I didn't notice this until 2 months after the lease was "supposed" to end. I called Cort and told them I'd like to terminate the lease and purchase the furniture and they said that the lease payments DO NOT go towards the purchase price of the furniture. Essentially overpaying grossly for the furniture. There should be an automatic process that alerts the customer of end of lease AND also if they choose to purchase the furniture, the value of the lease payments should go towards the purchase price of the furniture. BEWARE OF THIS UNETHICAL but very legal practice. Buyer beware!

My party was the next day so didn't really leave me any time to find a new company. I sent photos and contacted the company to no avail. The chairs were dirty as well. It looked like the tent was rented out to a frat house for a year then rolled up and left in a pile of dirt. Pathetic.
