They took my call right away, said they understood my urgency and would see if they could get someone to me quickly. It turned out they were able to do so! The fellas they sent worked quickly and described the issue along with giving some tips on how to prevent the issue from reoccurring. By 1pm on Monday afternoon my water heater was back up and running! All told I was charged $180 and I'd do it again given the circumstances. I also appreciated that they called a few weeks or so later to make sure that the issue remained resolved! The next time I need a plumber in Cache Valley? I'm calling Lee's!

They sent out Irvin to give me a bid on a new Trane furnace and Air conditioner. I was surprised what the bid was, I was expecting it to be higher. He set up an appointment for the installers to come and take my old furnace and air conditioner out and install the new furnace and air conditioner. The installers were awesome. Made sure they put plastic down on my carpet. And if there was something that needed to be cleaned up, they vacuumed it up. They were so friendly and polite and did a awesome job. Also Irvin explained to me that there was safety things that needed to be added on the furnace and air conditioner. The installers were awesome and explained to me what they needed to do for safety reasons. Also the thermostat was too small for me to read. So they sent out a technician to fix the problem with the heat coming out of the furnace. He also replaced the thermostat with a bigger one. Also everytime I called for something, the ladies who answered the phone, were also amazing and made sure to send out the person that needed to fix the problem. I had called these guys to my home in Harrisville about a month ago on an emergency. They came in a flash to our rescue and signed us up for a maintenance plan. Brycen was great and made what I thought was going to be a home re-finance job into something we were able to handle. So today, Tony came by for an inspection and made sure my sister's HVAC system was running as it should. I had her sign up for the same plan as ours. Tony was also very friendly and reassuring. Being senior citizens, sometimes we are not treated well - but these guys? They made us feel special and that's a big deal to us. Tony was not rushed and explained everything to us. I have dealt with one of the "BIG GUYS HVAC" companies in the past, and was very disenchanted with the whole scare tactics they employed.
