Hawk and his team are quick, kind, honest and professional. They went straight to what we needed with no BS. Highly recommended.

DON'T STAY HERE!! STAY AWAY!! Best Western Weston Inn in…read moreLogan, Utah does not have any guest safety in mind. I had a guest threaten me with bodily injury, had to call the cops and the manager chewed us out for calling the cops. The guest was a foot away from me, threatening physical harm / bodily injury. Best Western manager said I shouldn't have called the cops. Management's customer service is very poor. They lack the priority of safety and the training in guest safety. This could have ended extremely bad for Best Western if the guy was not restrained by others. Best Western Staff, Manager & Corporate gets an F for what should be #1 priority for safety. Corporate has not responded to my complaint in 10 days. I Will Not be staying at this Best Western Weston Inn & advise everyone to stay away from this property as guests safety is not of any concern for Best Western management. Also the upkeep of this inn is very poor as the carpets are showing wear and tear, down to the padding. Just goes to show you that safety and the maintenance is at the bottom of caring. Future Guests Beware!

The faucet for the bathtub wasn't attached ro the tub itself. You could just pick it up and carry it around with you. In keeping with that theme, the fireplace wasn't actually attached to anything. It's just a wall decoration that looks like a gas fireplace. You can't actually use it. On top of that, there were small black stains on our sheets. Bathroom door doesn't latch shut. Breakfast is really quite bad. Took one bite of "eggs," (yellow substance that was grainy and wet), and promptly threw them away. This place is awful.

Only complaint was fan was a bit loud ans sounded like a shopping cart driving down the road at times. There were plenty of other guests but couldn't hear any of them. The door didn't shut on its own, which is a plus if you often forget your key ;) Pool is nice, but the Courtyard is stunning. It's absolutely gorgeous with ponds and water features and sculptures and foliage. Theres a big fire pit good for groups or large families as well. Theres sunset was phenomenal to view from there and the mountains were stunning during golden hour ! Breakfast was simple, but filling. Nothing fancy but plenty of the staples and necessities. Jeremiah's restaurant was in the same parking lot as the hotel and was also pretty great for what it was. Plenty of delicious and local dishes, all family friendly. This place was a pleasant surprise for a best western off the freeway in Ogden. Well done! I will be remembering and recommending this spot in the future !

We will try to stay here again when passing through. It was the best! Leash off pet runs for both large and small dogs. Plenty of other unimproved areas as well as an expertly manicured awesome waterfall, pond and real grass garden behind the joint. The garden area is isolated from a busy train track by a large berm but you can definitely tell the trains go by. There's a couple of gas stations as well as a 7-11 just a block away to top off the tank and get a slurpee before you get back on the road. Breakfast was a typical free menu but I noticed they had a rotating feature each day. The hotel grounds and room were very clean and orderly with plenty of parking just outside of the first floor rooms. The pet friendly room had hardwood flooring so it was nice to walk around barefoot instead of putting on shower shoes just to go to the bathroom. The room was very clean and nicely adorned with necessities. An excellent pet friendly stay. Dicks

Definitely Not "Pros"…read more I recently hired Car Charging Pros to install a car charger and, unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. After waiting for five months , I was informed that they would be refunding my pre-payment due to issues with obtaining the necessary permits from my association. Despite my repeated attempts to offer assistance with the permit process, their responses were slow, and there seemed to be a distinct lack of ownership over the project from their side. Throughout this process, I encountered multiple excuses regarding permit challenges, but it felt as though they were merely delaying rather than actively working toward a solution. When I finally proposed to handle the permits myself, the situation changed abruptly, and I was told they no longer had an electrician available in my area to complete the installation. Though they have refunded my payment and provided the electrical documentation, the experience has left me feeling frustrated and upset. I've lost five months of my time and now have to start over with another contractor to begin the permitting process anew. I cannot recommend Car Charging pros based on my experience. The lack of communication and project ownership was disappointing.

Stay away from this company unless you need the most plain vanilla install possible. I am not a…read morelicensed electrician, nor an electrical engineer but I have worked in the film industry, on set, as a Best Boy Electrician and also have three years of college physics under my belt, so my experience and opinion are based on a reasonable understanding of commercial and household electrical circuitry. My extremely unsatisfactory experience with Car Charging Pros was as follows: Last July I contacted Car Charging Pros about installing an EV charger in the garage of our condominium building. At their request I send pictures and a video of the electrical infrastructure in the garage including breaker boxes, sub boxes and meters as it seemed that that was the most logical place for the installation to be accomplished from. Upon inspection of the pictures Car Charging Pros electrical engineer insisted that the tie-in to our system be done from the Breaker Panel in the utility closet of our condo unit itself, even though that exists a floor above the garage and is situated on a foot thick cement slab and is hundreds of feet away from the charger installation spot. New pictures and video were sent. This process of going back and forth between Car Charging Pros sales representative and their Electrical Engineer took an entire month. Then finally two weeks later Car Charging Pros sent out an electrician who deduced in about a minute that the proper way to do the install was to tie into our meter which is 15 feet from the charger install spot, as I had originally suggested. He also concurred that trying to tie into the breaker box upstairs was a fool's errand. He stated that he would contact Rocky Mountain Power to get permission to do the tie-in and place a sub box below the meter. At that time, I asked him why he did not want to place the sub box to the left of the meter 24 inches away where there was plenty of room to mount it. He stated that that was where he wanted to place it because it was closer. Ultimately, Rocky Mountain Power rejected his plan as the Sub Box would not have enough clearance around it. At that time, I was informed by the Car Charging Pros office that it would now be incumbent upon me to contact Rocky Mountain Power myself and figure out an alternative. Needless to say, after two months of this run around I hired an independent local contractor who accomplished the entire job in ten days. The installation was done as I had originally suggested to the Car Charging Pros office and the sub box was placed with Rocky Mountain Power's permission, as I had suggested to the Car Charging Pros electrician, 24 inches to the left of the meter. When I contacted the Sales Representative for Car Charging Pros, their Office Manager, and the owners of the company I heard back nothing from them, crickets. Needless to say, this seems to be their M.O. I found Car Charging Pros to be extremely slow in responding to my needs as a customer and when my job became a little bit complicated, they chose to abandon it and throw the problem back into my lap. The only thing I ever received back from them was a bill for their incompetent electrician's site visit. So do yourself a favor and find a local licensed electrician to do your install and stay as far away from these jokers as you can.
