They took my call right away, said they understood my urgency and would see if they could get someone to me quickly. It turned out they were able to do so! The fellas they sent worked quickly and described the issue along with giving some tips on how to prevent the issue from reoccurring. By 1pm on Monday afternoon my water heater was back up and running! All told I was charged $180 and I'd do it again given the circumstances. I also appreciated that they called a few weeks or so later to make sure that the issue remained resolved! The next time I need a plumber in Cache Valley? I'm calling Lee's!

Since then, we've had a new high-efficiency combi boiler installed, and a preventative check of our new home's sewer line with the amazing pipe camera. Our boiler wasn't functioning this fall, and Scott took all the time necessary to get it working again, and these guys are busy!

And there was no big problem with the job, other than his mismanagement of the job. So, if you want to get soaked with overcharges, hire Craig and pay big for his overhead and mismanagement.
