I tried to leave this on google but I guess it didn't take- BUT here we go. Today Tony came to my sister's home in N. Ogden. and was well on time. I had called these guys to my home in Harrisville about a month ago on an emergency. They came in a flash to our rescue and signed us up for a maintenance plan. Brycen was great and made what I thought was going to be a home re-finance job into something we were able to handle. So today, Tony came by for an inspection and made sure my sister's HVAC system was running as it should. I had her sign up for the same plan as ours. Tony was also very friendly and reassuring. Being senior citizens, sometimes we are not treated well - but these guys? They made us feel special and that's a big deal to us. Tony was not rushed and explained everything to us. I have dealt with one of the "BIG GUYS HVAC" companies in the past, and was very disenchanted with the whole scare tactics they employed. Mustache guy is my hero! We decided to get a new HVAC company & it was the BEST DECISION EVER! I was fed up with the company recommended by our home insurance carrier after three winters of our furnace out more than it was working, while being nickel&dimed to death, being stood up, shamed, and literally shouted at by that company... so I got a second opinion and was horrified to learn our furnace had a crack in the heat exchanger and for our safety the gas had to be shut off. The original company said they'd be back in *three weeks* to give us a quote. With freezing weather approaching, and me with a serious heart condition I was DONE! Of all the companies we got proposals from, Absolute Comfort had the best financing, and very competitive pricing. They quickly handled the paperwork for our insurance adjuster. I was soo relieved to have someone take immediate action. Then, when an earlier install date opened up, Kristopher reached out and got us scheduled earlier. WOW! Thank you! Jon, Brycen and Rich came today and did the install for the new Furnace and AC. It was such a great experience! They each seemed to really care about the quality of their work, and showed our home care and respect. They kept us apprised of the progress throughout the day. Loved seeing how well they worked as a team. Once everything was installed, Jon showed us how to use the equipment and answered all of our questions. Shortly after they left we got an error message on the smart thermostat. Brycen returned straight away, and fixed it. No excuses, delays or run-around... just simply here taking care of it. If you are a Veteran with very little taxable income you will not receive the so called tax credit they have in writing and what the sales person tells you, as you do not generate enough taxable income period. I have been with Absolute Comfort for 3+ yrs and have been on their Service Contract for 2 yrs. Today Bryson came out and checked my pilot for my Gas Fireplace. Since the total pilot assembly dates back to when my HOA unit was built in 1992, I was not surprised when Bryson showed me the ratings of each aspect of the Pilot assembly. Bryson careful attention to the function of every aspect of Pilot assembly helped me realize that I can get through this hearing season. But in OCT 2026, I will need to replace the entire pilot assembly. Then Bryson did an estimate for me. Since I am a member of the AC plan, I get a 20% discount on the labor. Via email I got the estimate later. And it is on file at the AC office. Now I can plan ahead for this repair. This is the kind of careful service I have always gotten from Absolute Comfort, for my Gas Fireplace and my TRANE AC and Furnace. Carrie who runs the AC office is great at helping me understand how my Maintenance Package works. And with scheduling my regular maintenance. So......... give ABSOLUTE COMFORT a call. I asked Absolute Comfort Heating to come out to give me a free second opinion on some HVAC work that another company recommended. Tony (one of the owners) came the same day and listened to the suggestions offered by the other company. He honestly told me that the savings and equipment life extension that were told to me by the other company were questionable but if I wanted to proceed they would do the work for the same discounted price.
