This was the worse wax detail to our new RV we ever experienced. We showed up just before they were finished. As they were packing up, I asked if they did the wheels that had wheel covers on them. They said they could not get the covers off, so I took the covers off (they are standard elastic leather covers) and asked them to compete the job. We noticed that the front jack cover was ripped apart when they hit it with the polisher. They never mentioned the damage but had the nerve to ask for a tip. Several windows were missed and the PVC roof had polisher marks where the fiberglass front cap met the roof. I sent a text to Jerry the owner on the issues and he never responded., so he obviously does not care. Use this company at your own risk. read more

The van looks & smells brand new, even the sliding door rails! Only one headlamp was slightly foggy, so I was only charged for the one. They are extremely friendly & polite. Today my wife called them for a car detail. She asked them to shampoo the seats and carpets. They showed up about 30min late. They did a good job on the carpets but didn't shampoo the seats at all. I work for that guy Jerry for a day. But I told him it wasnt for me switching from years of caregiving to working in the sun. He aid come on now give it a try dont be a sissy b****, I worked a day with him hasn't paid me yet and refuses to pay me. Because I told him after having a heat problem Got a headache and because nauseous and dizzy Honestly he has low standards for his business. Doesnt use safety equipment, has poor quality equipment Honestly he said its smarter to just go get a car wash for 8 dollars. He told me personally he thinks all his customers are suckers He been doing this for 18 years cant even afford decent equipment or cleaning supplies or transportation. His cars are always breaking down and asking for more money from customer. From the original price. This is what he told me on the first day. They came earlier than the start time. I have a dog and my car with filled with dog hair and when I got my car back there was not one dog hair left. They shampoo and vacuumed the carpets and seats. Advice to customers is to agree on a price before work starts, he honors it verbally but I would get in writing if a large job and then ask for a receipt. I had a guy clean my lights in a parking lot once and left them like new for 7 bucks inside and out and here I finally get enough to detail my car and it was not left "like new" as promised. Though I understand my car is a 2004 Honda Civic and some stuff on the seats and belts has already been there too long but there were drips and spots on the car exterior. The lights weren't touched, the actual buckles were still really dirty, the back seat pockets weren't even vacuumed. I highly recommend Four Seasons Mobile Detailing. The best thing is that they come to you complete with water and electricity to do the cleaning. That means you don't have to take off work or wait around while the work is done. Fantastic! I also thought the cost was very reasonable compared to other detailers in Las Cruces. We had a full size 4-door pickup totally cleaned (including a think layer of dog hair inside and grime on the outside) for $160. We had Four Seasons come out to detail the outside of our (rather large) fifth wheel. Jerry and his helper worked for a couple of hours, first chipping the ice off the roof, and then making the rig look new again. I've used Four Seasons twice now. They do a good job. They're a little on the expensive side compared to other local places, but the nice thing is they come to you. I do have another criticism- they're late! both times they gave me a time and even said they'd call if they were early, but both times they were late, and not by a little, Over an HOUR late! what a waste of my time! This second time they didn't do as good of a job detailing the interior, but it got done with me pointing out the areas where they need to go back after they said they were done. We met Four Seasons Mobile Detailing in a movie theater parking lot in Las Cruces. We have a 40 foot Class A motorhome and Bogart's RV Repair had recommended them. We were very impressed. They showed up on time and worked together like a well oiled machine. It took about 2 1/2 hours to complete the job. Our motorhome is a 2001 and it seriously looks brand new. Both of the men were professional and friendly. We would highly recommend them and actually have already passed along their information to some of our friends. We had paid them and as they were pulling away one of the guys noticed something on top of the motorhome that he wanted to fix so they drove back around and took care of it.
