I took my 2017 Honda in to get a headlight restoration, interior detail, polish and wax (needed it bad) and several dents removed including a deep / sharp one by a shopping cart that others said would require removal of the panel and repainting along with costing a lot more. I must say Empire did not disappoint. The headlights looked new, interior spotless and the outside was outstanding. Did take a little longer on the dent but completely understandable as I didn't think they would even get it out as deep as it was but they did and you cant tell all without all the extra work the other place was telling me. I'm not all that familiar with paint-less dent repair but, I know that you don't have the luxury of applying filler and painting the entire surface after you are done with your body work. Hence, there seems to be high need for craftsmanship that is necessary to work a dent this way. That said, these guys repaired a door dent I had on a leased car that was being returned. Reasonable price and I could not tell that there was dent the size of a half dollar when they were finished. Plus, they fixed it the same day I brought it to them. Great place - hopefully, I won't need to go back!! But if I need service like this again, I'll be back to Empire. read more

On the recommendation of our mechanic, we took our Toyota 4Runner to Empire Dent & Body because I had a dent about 7 or 8 inch wide and in a tough area at the back of the vehicle because of a couple of ridges on the body work. Joe Cruz took a look at the dent and said they could take care of the problem within 3 hours, which was great because I was headed out of town later in the day. I came back in 3 hours and the car was done and looking absolutely perfect. The dent was gone and the body work looked like there was never a dent in the first place. Even the 2 ridged areas of the body work that were affected by the large dent were restored to perfection. The paint remained intact! These guys are artists!
