I tried to replace the power window motor on my Silverado by myself. Big mistake. Once I got the door apart I realized that it was a MUCH more complex job than I expected. I talked to Rick on the phone and he said, "we'll use your part and complete it for you." They did, and I was shocked when I got the bill: $95!! To make up for that , it got offer a complimentary engine wash, which I appreciated and thought it was a nice gesture, so thank you for that. The service got rescheduled for today. This morning my car got a full detailing service, and I'm disappointed with the results. The guy doing the work failed to open and remove dirt from the arm rest/ console box in the middle of the front seats of my car, he also left behind a noticeable smudge on the window. It's evident that he rushed through the job, and the lack of attention to detail was obvious. I will not be returning to premier auto detailing nor recommending their services to others.

Meanwhile my car is mainly garage kept. I expressed my concern to the owner Jose, he didn't give a dam either. He wouldn't even meet me at the shop so I can show him my concerns on the vehicle. Instead he tried to insult me like Herman by saying my car was old,ect,ect.. Meanwhile I just got a brand new engine from Dodge installed at Dodge. In other words I take care of my car. All I want is for my car to have really been Ceramic coated like I was promised. At best,I probably got a wax done,and to top it off it brought out new scratches that weren't there before I took my car there. Yes,my car is 13 years old but the paint is still good and if they would have warned me about the car maybe not coming out good I would have rather sent my car to get painted then coated after or even wrapped. This place has horrible customer service, I'd avoid it. The owner isn't even there because (he has multiple businesses), he can careless. I am writing my review after bringing my concerns to both Herman and the owner, Jose. They both didn't care to even meet me at the shop so that can show them my concerns. I truly don't believe that my car was really coated and their actions even raised my doubt even more. At the time of the booking a $25 deposit was required. Their advertisement says in capital letters WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH. When I picked up my car to make the final payment I was not informed that there would be a card fee if I used a credit card. If I was informed of this I would of paid in cash. After numerous messages sent to the owner of the business he refused to remove the card fee even though I was never notified that there would be a card fee.
