I was really hoping I had found "my" nail salon. Then yesterday, when my 10 a.m. appointment for a dip manicure began at 10:20 a.m., the agony began. Tammy, the manicurist assigned to me, was rushed and distracted, and cut my right index finger once with her clippers while trimming my nails. She then proceeded to cut me twice more with her extra rough nail file on the edges of two more of my fingers (right ring finger, left middle finger). Owwwwww!!!! She quickly staunched the bleeding with a styptic pencil but continued to file away. It hurt so badly, especially each time she added polish. Last night I called the salon to complain and got a meager "sorry" and "I'll tell the manager." This morning both my ring and middle fingers are still throbbing -- making it hard to type this -- and I am just hoping I don't get an infection. Beware customers! read more

Everyone had such a bad attitude and they weren't specific at all about the prices & the guy at the front kept trying to justify everything that they were doing wrong. I asked how much a gel pedicure was & they told me it was $37 & when I had my feet soaking they told me it was $50. I am not one to leave reviews, especially bad ones but it's been a week and I am still upset about my nails. My appointment was at 3, I arrived at 3 and was told that I'll have to wait 5 mins which was perfectly fine. The 5 mins turned into 35 minutes. The lady sat down finally, I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she got to work. Note: I had gel nails already from them from the month before, all she had to do was make them shorter and fill in the gaps, the original appointment took 1hr and a half. She started on my nails and I guess we decided to keep the same color as last time. She kept getting distracted with other people's conversations, kept leaving, long story short she kept forgetting where she was so my nails turned out a disaster that cost me $41 plus tip. Came here to get a gel manicure while I was on my lunch break. The business itself is very clean looking, they even use the liners in the bowls, which is important to me. I believe that a new file and buffer was used on me. However, the nail tools were dumped out of a sani-pack that was not sealed and ripped open, which means that they were not put through an actual sanitizing machine. When I was getting my nails done, the lady asked me if it was okay to use the clippers on my nails, I told her it was okay as long as they weren't cut to short. She then proceeds to cut my nails down short, after making the comment that what she did was way too short, she responded with "well you said it was okay to cut them." I had to remind her that I said yes, just not too short. When she went to do my left hand, she only cut those nails a little bit, leaving them way longer than what she had done on my right. I didn't think she was serious until she asked me if it looked okay. I told her that I would like my hands to match. I'm not sure if it was a catty action to retaliate from me telling her about my right hand being too short or if she really thought I was going to walk around like that??? My nails were done average. They don't look bad, they don't look immaculate. Just doesn't seem worth the $35 that I paid is all. Oh, and upon leaving, I see that they have a sign posted for a yelp review drawing. They are giving people a raffle ticket for a chance to win services if they leave them a 5-Star Review. A big no no. read more

I was rushed, my fingers are sore from being jammed by the cuticle cleaner, and now I only have 1/2 of my nail polish left. Gel should last 3 weeks not 3 hours. Very disappointed!! Waited 45 mins after my appointment. It I wasn't desperate I wouldn't have waited. The whole time Rose is rushing through my nails and cuts me multiple times. Then doesn't give me what I wanted and said it was because you would see my nails under AFTER I asked for a bottom coat with a light pink for that reason. I come here to get my pedicures and eyebrows waxed. Love the service, Rose does a great just with my brows. I keep coming here cause I like them. They are knocked down for the Star cause twice I've made appointments for someone plus myself to get pedicures and for myself to get a manicure and both times I've had to say something about my manicure. I've seen them do manicure while a person is in the pedicures chair. With them missing my manicure and me not wanting to make the person I'm with wait I've had to cancel it on the spot. So note to self don't book manicure and pedicure for just one person if you are taking someone with you to just get a pedicure. read more

I went in for an emergency fill. I was quoted a price of $50, which I expressed was too expensive, but I consented to the price and the service. The nail tech was the most distracted person! Constantly talking, even to herself, getting out of her chair to assist others. I felt disrespected as a customer as she could not work for 2 or 3 minutes without another concern. In the midst of this chaos, I heard her to say she needed to go the restroom. After waiting several minutes, I went to the gentleman at the front desk only to be told, she is grooming another client's eyebrows. I felt like I was in a nightmare! She eventually returns to file my nails, begins ANOTHER conversation with a coworker and accidentally cuts my finger. I told her I will polish my nails at home as I just wanted OUT. In fairness, the tech did a decent job of filling and shaping my nails and toward the end, she was apologetic and improved her focus. I've only been here twice but I have been really happy with my nails! I have gotten acrylics before but these are the longest that have stayed- three and a half weeks and take it I'm pretty hard on my nails. Mai has been working on my nails, and has done a great job at making sure I am comfortable not only with my nails, but the environment I am in! This place has been my go-to for a while, except when they were remodeling. It was totally worth the wait though because the salon looks so beautiful now! Marble accents, very clean, a water feature.. I get the powder dip nails and they continually do an awesome job. I come here for regular pedis too and I never feel like anyone is rushed, but they are very efficient. So many choices for powder dip too, over 500! I've tried several times over the past 2 years to give this salon a chance purely because the location is extremely convenient for me. Never fails no matter the technician, day, or type of manicure I pick they never last. I've had gel crack and peel after a couple days. I've had dip lift and pop off after a couple days. I always have to use their card to go back within the window where they will fix your nails. This isn't a cheap thing to get done so I of course go in requesting them to be fixed, as they ensure they will if something happens, but each time they treat me like an inconvenience. Once there was a tech that barely buffed my nails out and just put a top coat on and told me to leave. I was so upset at how I was treated. I even had to go back the next day for my pedicure because they were too busy and I had to leave even with an appointment . I asked the guy at the front to just have the gel manicure taken off when I get my pedicure the next day. He was nice in looking into why I was upset or what happened but the tech lied about what she did and I was just too upset to stay. I shouldn't have to go back and forth on something like that. I can occasionally get a decent pedicure but no luck with my manicures and it's exhausting to try and get them done at different places. Plus they only do card during weird hours that don't match the business hours and it's not convenient. Most places don't take cash after Covid and with that not being advertised it's an inconvenience. You would think they wouldn't take cash after a certain hour for safety not card. Just weird. When they first reopened after Covid everyone was so friendly and attentive and really wanted you to be happy with your service. That is long gone. read more

I highly recommend 4 Seasons Nails! I've been coming here for a few years, even when they were called Jojo. They are always very nice, welcoming, and caring. They also remember me when I come in for my manicure wnd pedicure and sometimes eyebrows. One of the only places around that actually uses their autoclave system for cleaning the tools, most places don't, and that is how you can get fungus, bloodstone pagathoens, etc. I highly reccoment this place! read more

UPDATE- What does Covid have to do with JoJos not honoring my appointment time. You're trying to save face with your response. It has nothing to do with covid it was bad customer service and the kid working the front desk not being honest and upfront. This place is a joke. 1st of all they do not go by Jo jo's anymore they changed their name to Four seasons. 2nd the customer service in this place is almost non existent. We had an appointment at 6:00 p.m. we knew that would be running a little late because they always do they do not keep your appointments in mind and just get as many people in as they can. After 45 minutes past our appointment time and them continuing to lie and saying 10 more minutes 10 more minutes I had to walk out. This isn't the first time but it will definitely be the last. Clean establishment Attitude was very obvious when I said no gel for my acrylic full set, I have never done gel and don't feel comfortable. I just asked for a color and she said she wouldn't recommend it based on my lifestyle- lady you don't know me or my lifestyle. I just think the prices are WAY too high for the poor quality. She didn't clean my nails, she was rushing and applied I feel too many coats so that it wouldn't dry properly and eventually it did get messed up the pain job before I left the salon, I was just disappointed with the work and $30 later for just a short nail acrylic set that didn't look good didn't make me too happy. I don't think I'll visit the salon. It is very clean and spacious and the fumes don't smell too much here, maybe come for a pedicure but be READY they upsell you and if you don't agree wait for the attitude and "non English" speaking to start. read more

During pandemic we can't be indoor yet so all services are being done outside behind the business. The day I went, it was 107° outside so it was a little uncomfortable but worth it. Once they open indoors again I'm definitely going back. I payed $60 with tip for my nails and they have a 1 week guarantee. Anything happens to your nails and they fix it. I broke my thumb nail getting my 2 YT old out his car seat and they fixed it for free. Definitely recommend this place. read more

Okay I wasn't going to say anything but I'm still really bothered by how I was treated here by HELLEN. I was really excited to find this cute nail spot. Everything was going great (Anthony was really sweet and did my manicure). Unfortunately after that, THINGS WENT DOWNHILL FROM THERE... I chose a neon color and I didn't realize it was going to appear so shear on the nail since on the model nail it looked super bright and colorful. So Hellen did my toes for a polish change in the neon and she was SO RUDE!! She acted bothered to even be doing my toes since I wasn't getting a pedicure just the polish change. I asked her nicely if she could do another coat of the polish and she looked at me like I was crazy. Then she stood up and started talking about me in another language pointing and laughing at me making me feel stupid and everyone started staring at me!! She acted like I asked something wrong? It was SO embarrassing!!!! I didn't realize asking for another coat of polish would send someone over the edge. I didn't even want to tip her, I honestly just wanted to leave. Sadly I won't be back after how Hellen treated me. BAD customer service. $45 to be mocked in front of everyone by Hellen. read more
