She continuous went into the back of the shop and began yelling in another language. I asked her if they had a return policy because I was unsure of the fit. She informed me there was no refunds. I have seldom had a pair of shoes etc that would fit or could be altered for the leg lengths; so, when I find a pair that does fit I nurse them along for literally decades. To that end I have searched constantly for a good cobbler and found one here. I NOW have a pair of slippers (first time ever!) custom made sandals repaired after not being able to wear for 15 years, and an old pair of sneakers with a replaced heel. 3 visits, 3 perfect outcomes. Unfortunately, he is not in his 20's or 30's so I hope he stays in biz for as long as I need him...as I'm not young either! Quick, perfect and knows his craft well.
