It came off very unprofessional. Then she kept walking past us asking us questions and it came off like she thought we were shoplifting. My niece tried on a swimsuit but didn't want it so my sister put it back on a shelf and we left. The energy in the store felt heavy because of how the brunette was acting so we didn't even keep looking and decided to leave. An hour later we are walking out of another store and here comes this brunette lady running across the store yelling at us making a big scene in front of all of these people asking where we put the swimsuit and so my sister had to follow her across the street back into the store to show her where she put the swimsuit. I can't believe that girl thought it was okay to approach the situation like that. Especially in front of so many people. She should be fired immediately.

I'm not a runner but they were very understanding and took time to talk with me I typically were wear a size 14 but they did not have any in stock. The owners were great and helped me find a pair of size 13 Saucony that fit incredibly well. Back on the ship my IT band and related knee pain resolved within 75% within a day.

I love Under Armour! My boyfriend told me I have to get some compression shorts because I have a…read morehamstring injury. (And he said I have to warm up my hamstrings properly.) So after trying on a few different ones at other stores, I decided that Under Armour had the best shorts. When I discovered that Under Armour had a store at the Tanger Outlets in Texas City, I decided to venture out there to see if I could stock up on some shorts. I'm very happy that I made the trip to the outlets. When I first walked in, the guy that worked there helped me find the shorts that I needed. Most of the apparel seems to be about 20% lower than retail pricing. That adds up when I'm trying to stock up on workout clothes. With one of the sales going on, I got an even bigger discount on a couple pairs of really nice running capris. I just wish they had more in my size. They didn't have many in XS. The clearance section has even more discounts. I was able to find 4 compression shorts in my size on the clearance rack and a cute tank top. When I went, they had 3 different clearance racks for women, one for long sleeve tops, one for short sleeve and sleeveless tops, and one for bottoms. They had some clearance racks for men, also, but I can't remember how many. Their fitting rooms are great! They're big with a long bench on the side and several hooks on the wall and big mirrors. You can check to see what coupons and sales they have going on at the Tanger Outlets website. Just go to the coupons section of the website and it's easy to find. I think they also have a coupon in the Tanger Outlets coupon book. I ended up not getting the book for $5 though, but I'm pretty sure Under Armour is in the book. My favorite part about shopping here was the bag they gave me for putting my new purchases in. The bag looks and functions like one of their drawstring sackpacks. This was very helpful because this was the first store I visited at the outlets. After shopping here, I could just wear the bag as a backpack instead of having to drop it off at my car or having to carry it in my hand to all of the other stores I visited. The bag also looks nice enough to use again. To the ladies: If you haven't tried the Under Armour pure stretch underwear, you need to try it! I picked up a couple of pairs of the cheeky underwear because they were on sale, and I love them! I went back to this store the next week just to buy more underwear. The package does not lie when it says you'll never wear regular underwear again. The package also says no VPL, and there are none! I wear them under compression shorts and compression capris and stare at my butt in the mirror, and I am amazed by how smooth it looks! I got a bunch of cheeky ones for working out, but I might need to get some of the thongs for going out. LOL This store is awesome! It's really big and is full of stuff. They have lots of different tops and bottoms for men and women. They had shoes in the back next to the fitting rooms. They also have clothes and accessories for girls and boys. They also have underwear and socks and other accessories. The employees are all very nice. I can't wait to go again!

They asked me questions, were very attentive to my needs, and offered suggestions. Apparently, I had been getting the wrong sized shoes for years. After their help with proper sizing and fitting, the shoes I purchased are the most comfortable walking/running shoes I have ever owned. Im not a runner and I'm a bit out of shape, but I have been taking walks in the shoes and I can feel myself wanting to run because the shoes are so comfortable. I am skeptical of the foot scan as my friend who is a former employee calls it "all smoke and mirrors." They don't usually have sales on their running shoes, as they only offer a limited selection of the latest, most expensive models. They have a treadmill in store. This location has a small parking lot that is very awkward to turn into and out of on the busy street. I think it's really nice the employees don't make commission, so there isn't pressure to buy shoes on the spot. I tried on seven pairs of shoes and didn't find any of them to be very comfortable. For a store that emphasizes trying on a variety of running shoes, their return policy is not conducive to that. They allow returns within 30 days, but the shoes must be unworn. You don't know if a running shoe feels good until you actually run in them.

Totally unprofessional and will never go back. Update Called and spoke to the owner Denise Taylor and she was on the same level as her unprofessional employee and refused to see any error in the issue and didn't want to even try to save a future customer. This totally boggles me as if someone reaches out to the owner why they would not try to fix the problem. Her comments where you would have only saved $5 or $6 so what's the issue. For $6 they just lost a customer which also led me to taking the time to write this review to warn future customers of this headache.
