Every single suit, jacket, and shirt is tailored exquisitely...and I am picky about tailoring. I look at the stitches, I look at the cut, I accept only the best, but I don't have to worry when Manny is working it, there is simply no one finer. I called them on Easter weekend and they were about to close shop early for the holiday weekend but I caught them right before closing and they agreed to stay open just long enough for me to get there and drop off the jeans. I arrived and Mr. Imparali (their dad) stayed after just to measure my hem and then the tune around time was quick! Just a few days later we picked up the jeans and they even expedited it for us. The staff is super friendly and helpful. When my fiancé was trying on his shirts they noticed a button was missing. Saad's son was helping us, and he immediately took the shirt to the back so they could sew on a new button for no charge. We also appreciated that they left the extra fabric on the shirt in case it ever has to be taken out again. While I was waiting on him to try on the shirts, I watched Saad with another customer who was getting a new suit tailored. He made sure to double check that the man's sleeve length was perfect and all the measurements were exact. Everyone went out of their way to make sure the customer was happy. Saad's is great!

This was intended to be a test run before bringing additional tailoring work to this shop. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the quality of the work. While the original hem appears to have been reused, the execution was sloppy and did not meet my expectations for a paid original-hemming service. Issues I observed: * Multiple loose threads left untrimmed throughout the hems * Thread bunching and messy stitching at several locations * Rough finishing and excessive bulk where the side seams meet the hem * Visible inconsistencies in the stitching and reattachment seam * The hems do not hang naturally and tend to flare or stick out at the bottom, giving the jeans an uneven appearance when worn * Overall workmanship appears rushed and lacks attention to detail For an additional charge, I expected a cleaner, more professional result. Instead, the finished product looks noticeably altered and falls well short of the quality I expected. After my experience, I read through other reviews and noticed that several customers appeared to report similar issues specifically with jeans and denim alterations. Had I seen those comments beforehand, I likely would have chosen a different tailor for this work. It was disappointing to find that my experience did not seem to be an isolated case. I considered returning to discuss the issue, but ultimately decided it was not worth the time and effort. My time is more valuable than pursuing a correction for a relatively small dollar amount. This review and taking my future business elsewhere is sufficient. A friend suggested I take a look before I spent a fortune on an off the rack tuxedo and boy am I glad I did! What a pleasant and professional experience! I met with Mr. Balu, the owner of the shop, in his beautiful new Southwest Freeway shop (he has 2 shops, so I recommend calling ahead and asking that he meet you there). While they have a nice selection of ready to wear suits, their specialty is obviously custom work, as evidenced by the dozens of fabric books available for consideration. I described the tuxedo I was thinking about to Mr. Balu and he immediately understood what I wanted and within minutes found a variety of fabric options which met my requirements. Mr. Balu took numerous measurements, reviewed all of my styling options (collar style, taper, sleeve and pant leg length preferences, etc.) and let me know that my new tux would be ready for a fitting in 4-5 weeks. Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised when he called me about 3 weeks later to let me know that my tuxedo was ready for a fitting! At the fitting, Mr. Balu conscientiously examined the fit, confirmed a few measurements, and advised that he needed to take in the waist a bit and adjust the pants length. Otherwise, the tuxedo fit like a glove and was beautiful! Within only a few days, I received a message letting me know he was finished. I tried on the tuxedo once more and it was truly perfect! Now for the amazing news: My new custom tuxedo cost me less than an off the rack version at Nordstrom or Neiman Marcus and not only fit me better but appears to me to be of a higher quality craftsmanship and better material! I will definitely be back for my next suit!

Excellent service refitting me for new shirts purchased since 2015. Confirmed previous shirts…read moreranging from ten to over twenty years had shrunk. Fitted me for a trial shirt followed by further adjustments. Though COVID's impact reduced the selections, ones selected were similar to past orders. The shirts like others had double pleated pockets. How they always impress many people makes them a great value. Hopefully, there will be future orange striped broadcloth fabric on white background for die-hard Texas Longhorn fans. Wearing a previous one with a Longhorn tie on blue background from Bird Dog Bay made a great impression. Hook'em!
