The lotion we chose was a white bronzer that smelled great, went on smooth, and hydrated my skin all day long. The bed I laid in was so luxurious- with a bumping sound system, fresh bulbs, and a comforting glow. For anyone looking for a tan or missing the florida sunshine give this salon a try!

I was getting a spray tan for a huge performance event (and she knew this) but the tan hardly made me look any different and when I asked about that she replied, "well maybe if you got the rapid, but you got the classic" (I was never met with options) I then asked if it would get any darker she was responded "usually yeah but probably not, because of the body wash you use" The spray tan was splotchy from the get-go. She didn't go over me twice. She definitely missed some spots. I wasn't even dry when she told me I was good to get dressed again. She didn't walk me through any tips on the do's and dont's of spray tans. I had to pull teeth to even figure out how long until I could shower. SO CLEARLY AN UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER, but was still met with disdain, like my opinion was nothing to her anyway. So bizarre. I've never had a job in my life where I cared this little about a customers opinion of my service. Especially since I'm pretty sure it's her own salon.

I come here sometimes and their sign says open but the door is locked. Yelp says they open at 10, but they aren't open until noon! Also their window says they are open on Sunday which is also not true. The hours just don't work for me at this point and when I went to cancel, they charged me a $75 fee!!!!! False advertising all over the window and a ridiculous contract for TANNING. It's ridiculous. I'll never come back.

That being said, this salon was very clean, and with only 2 sessions I got a nice bronze glow before going to the bahamas. Best part was I didn't feel dried out or itchy after tanning. This winter has been terrible in jax so if you need a hint of color, or maybe just want to warm up, I recommend this location.

I'm not a tanning pro. I don't normally go to tanning beds and I'm not an avid spray tanner either…read more However, my sister got married over the summer so I decided to try out a spray tan. Laura came over the night before the wedding with her triangular pop-up tent and equipment. She was not only nice and made friendly conversation but she also sat me down for a professional chat about expectations, the process and aftercare. I expected that it would be done on the porch... but, in reality, the pop-up tent inside was effective and not messy at all. The color she suggested was nice but perhaps I should have given it a few more days in between rather than doing it the night before. The color can be strong when first applied so I found that my best color was after a couple of washings. Also, despite the fact that she told me to stay away from any kind of water for several hours ... things happen... so I accidentally had water drop on me after brushing my teeth and it was in a visible spot. I hated to bother her but she was very nice about it and rushed right over to do an emergency blending and luckily, it worked! All in all, it was a good experience. I was nice and bronzed for my sister's wedding and was able to go on my Caribbean holiday looking tan already. Laura's services were efficient and professional and if I ever decide to spray tan again, I would definitely use her mobile service.
