While on vacation , I planned a day with my best friend and this was the most promising place in Jacksonville. At least the online presentation was. Overall , a good experience but there are things that I would've liked to be different. The overall vibe seems a bit commercial, even though there are marocan elements scattered throughout. I would've liked a bit more of an authentic marocan vibe. Got there at 10.03 am and the paperwork took about 10-12 Minutes. Then locker room for changing another maybe 10 minutes. We started at 10:30 am with what was supposed to be an hour massage . Only got a 45 minutes massage. The therapist was great but asked way too many questions. The room was on cold and had a fan blowing as well. After the massage , we went straight to scrub/ sauna area. Different therapist. She was very nice and did her best to make us feel comfortable. The first room was a wet room with 2 stone "beds" . Even though they used warm water at times , the room was cold and it made the whole experience a bit unpleasant . The sauna part was probably the best one. After the scrub/sauna part was over we got 20 minutes in the tea room. We were served fruits, 3 rally small but delicious cookies and watered down mint tea. The cookies were really great but maybe they should serve a few extra ones. They also had some mini size American chocolates. It's a nice touch but maybe some marocan candy would work better. The last step was a 90 min anti aging facial. The tech was good but nothing to be blown away by. As far as the cost, we paid $900 for 2 people, plus $240 tip for the therapists. The place was scattered with signs that suggested leaving a generous tip. Even the bathrooms had at least 2 signs. It felt a bit exaggerated and as I stated on the beginning, commercial. I don't mind spending the money for an authentic experience and unfortunately this place didn't hit the mark. They sell a specific line of cosmetics and we got suggestions of what to buy from the therapists. Again, the amount of signs and pamphlets suggesting a purchase, was again a bit much. It was an ok experience but unfortunately I would not go back. I will keep searching for a place that offers a more authentic experience. read more

I've started getting regular facials with her since my last girl closed her business and I am soooooo happy I found zianni! Came for a massage and the experience was very calming. Callie was really attentive to my needs. I came here with my partner who requested a male masseuse and they were very accommodating and helpful. The massage room could've used a warmer or heating pad on the table in order to make the shocking cold of the blankets with the fan blowing less uncomfortable. The music was soothing. However, I would for preference preferred something less loud. The inside is decorated so beautifully. I wish they hired more male aestheticians in order for my Muslim male friends could enjoy the experience as well. It's hard finding spas that accommodate to a Muslim community. Wow! What a great massage treatment. We went here for a couples massage and it did not disappoint. The location provides a true Moroccan experience with the music and vibe. The staff is so thoughtful and attentive. We were made to be special from the start. My wife had Carolann and I had Hilda. Both did an excellent job with the right amount of pressure. They both were attentive to what our pain points were and focused on the areas we asked about. We felt so much better after our treatment. I just got a prenatal massage with Carolann and it was amazing! I have 0 complaints. I am 28 weeks and was comfortable with the set up. Carolann did an outstanding job and I now feel so much better and more relieved. I recommend seeing her. I asked for medium pressure and I feel she applied this perfectly and she asked what areas to focus on and which to avoid and she stuck to what I said. Very quality massage. I feel like a new person! The massage was great! 10/10 she listened when I requested hard pressure and delivered on the request. The next thing was the steam room- I had never been in one before and it felt a little mystical. I couldn't really see and it was foggy and thick like being lost in the forest. I loved it but could only stay in for 20 minutes or so. The body scrub and wrap was nice! I visited for the first time this year. I enjoyed the Royal Hammam treatment. It's so relaxing. I had my hair in faux locs at but that wasn't a problem. They offer bonnets to keep your hair neat and tidy. I loved my treatment and will definitely return. After my sister treated me for my birthday, I've since treated my mom and dad to spa days. My mom went after Mother's Day for a massage and facial. My dad got an hour massage with CBD oil add on. Great spa with a great variety of services. I'd love to return for a massage and facial soon. I've been here a few times. Mary is very good and Wendy is phenomenal. Last time I was given a substitute due to Wendy being out sick. I won't say the therapists name, but she was not good at all. Despite instructions for more pressure I basically got an oil smearing -not deep tissue I paid for. If you don't want to touch people, you're in the wrong profession. As a gift for our anniversary my husband gifted me a gift card to use at the Moroccan Hammam and Day Spa which I put towards a trip to Morocco- the ultimate relaxation! You can purchase gift cards online but need to call to make your appointment as they don't have online scheduling. Upon arrival I checked into the front desk and then got changed in the locker room. You must wear bottoms of some sort- I recommend a bikini bottom if you'll be doing the hammam. My trip to Morocco started with a lovely facial with diamond microdermabrasion. After the facial I went for my massage which was a traditional Moroccan massage with light/medium pressure. The oil used was an almond oil so if you have a nut allergy you may not be able to partake. After the massage there was an intermission for some fruit and water before heading for the hammam. The hammam experience was lovely! I also spent 20 min in the steam room. After the hammam I was served some cookies and traditional spearmint tea which was lovely. I felt feeling wonderfully refreshed and look forward to visiting! read more

Interior - stepping in you will come across colors of teal blue and Moroccan arts crafts on display. The lounge is very calming and relaxing. You can see many of the authentic beauty products from Morocco on display behind the reception desk. Rooms - massage rooms detailed to the lighting you prefer as well as ultrasound fat cavitation therapy for shrinking fat cells. All the rooms are spacious. Two Hammams decorated in colorful tiling with Moroccan crafts displayed on walls. Private steam rooms are also connected to each Hammam room. Service- staff was incredible, ultra friendly and very attentive. I started with going into the Hammam with the Moroccan black soap, then led to the steam room followed by an excellent scrub. The treatment is so great for your skin taking off the dead layers you never knew you had. Next the Moroccan mud body scrub followed by Argan and rose water treatments on face and hair. I could feel myself rejuvenated and refreshed. My personal Hammam associate was very kind and did a great job with the service. The final - After feeling rejuvenated and refreshed you are led to a Moroccan lounge to relax with mint tea and traditional Moroccan sweets. Moroccan/Arabic music was playing and you feel so refreshed. They even have a machine where you can test your skin to see what kind of condition it's in. It shows every detail and if you have blemishes or oily skin. It's to help you to see what kind of treatment you need. What a great experience for a group of 5 of my besties today. The spa made our birthday girl (40!!) feel oh so special and pampered! The 90 minute Royal Hammam was the perfect treatment for our spa connoisseur! Three in our group did the hour long Moroccan aromatherapy massage and equally enjoyed the experience tremendously. I had the 90 minute deep pore facial with the optional add on microdermabrasion. I've had facials from Massage Envy, Ponte Vedra Inn and Spa and Sawgrass Spa.... and today's facial trumps them all. The staff went way above and beyond in making our birthday girl feel super special! From balloons to a cute personal cake for her to make her big 40th birthday wish on, the experience was fantastic. Lounging in the living room space awaiting all the others to finish their services was so relaxing... we got to enjoy Moroccan mint tea and bakery snacks as well. One tip- apparently you can bring your own wine or champagne... something I should've comforted BEFORE today. The trip to morocco spa package is everything! When you arrive, you are directed to the locker room to change into a robe and they provide you flip-flops. You must wear bottoms for the Hammam. Tops are optional. I recommend wearing a bikini. You start with a 1 hour massage. When you come out, the esthetician is waiting for you to do your 1 hour facial.After that they take you to the Morrocan tea room to snack on mixed fruit as you wait on your next session. Then it's time for the Hammam, which is the best part of the package. A 90 minute session of body scrubs, a 20 minute steam in the steam room, hydrotherapy massages and mud baths. The body wash they use to bathe you smells amazing!! It's made with real Argan oil. They will even wash your hair. The body wash, lotion, shampoo and conditioner is available for purchase afterwards. After the Hammam, they take you back to the moroccan tea room for homemade moroccan tea and assorted cookies. Relax as long as you need in the Moroccan tea room to bask in the relaxing experience. My review probably won't do justice to how great this spa treated me. I got the Trip to Morocco that included the facial, massage, and royal Hammam...... I feel like I left there with a different body than I came with. The facial had my skin glowing, I've never received such a wonderful massage in my life especially with the therapist paying special attention to my problem areas, and the Royal Hammam is a whole different ball game. Go and get a scrub and release all the dead skin that your body has been holding on to. Plus you get to try their morrocan cookies and tea at the end before you change and head out to the real world again. What else could you possibly need at a spa?!
