Extremely Disappointing Experience…read more My experience with Workout Anytime left me very disappointed, primarily because of how difficult it was to cancel my membership. When I originally signed up, I made it clear that I did not want to be locked into a contract. I was told I could pay through my bank account and cancel my membership whenever I chose. Based on that understanding, I enrolled. Recently, I received a call informing me that I owed $68 because my account was past due. Since I hadn't used the gym in well over a year, I told them I wanted to cancel my membership. To my surprise, I was informed that I was required to provide a 30-day notice and would still be charged for two additional billing cycles. I then went to the gym in person, expecting the cancellation process to be straightforward. Instead, I was told they could not cancel my membership at the front desk. Even though I was standing there requesting cancellation, I was instructed to either submit a written request or create an online account and complete the cancellation myself. It was frustrating to be told that my in-person request wasn't sufficient. I also requested a copy of my membership agreement and noticed that my name was not even spelled correctly on the contract. What disappointed me most was the overall customer service. After being a paying member for several years--even though I hadn't used the facility for quite some time--I expected a simple, professional cancellation process. Instead, I felt like unnecessary obstacles were placed in my way. During my visit, I expressed my frustration with the situation, but I remained respectful. I did not yell, threaten anyone, or use profanity. Despite that, I later received an email from the owner warning that law enforcement would be contacted if there were any further issues. I found that response unnecessary and disappointing. This review reflects my personal experience. I encourage anyone considering a membership to carefully review the cancellation policy before signing up and to fully understand the billing terms. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Workout Anytime and will be taking my business

I can't believe it took me this long to try, especially considering how many hours I must've spent in a tanning bed in my life. This was a better tan, and a lot safer. Not to mention the normal tanning bed place that i use the versa spray tanning bed at was already closed. it was probally 9:35pm when i saw 24/7 mobile tanning spa on weekends!!!! the woman assured me to remain calm go immidatly into the shower exfoliate and no lotion's or makeup and she would be there within the hour. 35 min later i was greeted to a birthday card and her mobile spa..lol she explained in great detail what it was that would give me an instant color, and although i shouldnt wear makeup until my tan had processed to asure best result's she was going to use an acelerant to help the tan process quicker, and setting spray a shimmer and ph balance spray so i wouldnt turn orange. she made sure the tan i recieved was rapid acting and had bronzer for imidiate color. then she did my makeup without using foundation because she had the bronzer in the solution. and i looked amazing. she waxed my eyebrow's and then put a classy french twist inj my hair!!! she began at 10pm or so and i was out the door by 11;15pm . not only was she quick but she was absolutly the best tan and makeup I have ever recieved. she was warm and welcoming reassuring, calmed me down in my 911 situation. but shge came with a birthday card HOW THOUGHTFUL. I would highly highly recomend her to anyone she is licenced , informative, and I wont go anywhere else. a custom airbrush in itself beats the versa booth but for the same price you could get a much better experience and service. The prices were beyond fair altogether for the tan and extra's she discounted me 30% for my 30th birthday :) i paid 102.00$

Also their window says they are open on Sunday which is also not true. The hours just don't work for me at this point and when I went to cancel, they charged me a $75 fee!!!!! False advertising all over the window and a ridiculous contract for TANNING. It's ridiculous. I'll never come back.
