She was always extremely responsive and even came to our house several times with color and rock samples so we could see everything in person. She made herself available anytime we had questions and helped us feel confident about every decision. It took several months before we could actually start the project because we had other work that needed to be completed first, but their team was so patient during that time and continued to help guide us through each choice along the way. Once the project began, the project manager and the entire crew made sure we were informed and happy throughout the process. We've done a lot of home renovations over the past several years, and we have never had a contractor be this responsive or willing to go above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Our stucco and stone turned out beautifully. They even helped recommend a natural stone option that worked within our budget, which allowed us to expand the stone area beyond what we originally planned. The final result looks amazing and truly elevated the whole exterior of our home. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality stucco work and a team that genuinely cares about their customers.

We have used him for electrical jobs as well as a full bathroom remodel. The electrical work is good, but I found the bathroom remodel to be shoddy. Some of the biggest issues that I came across were in the shower prep work and tile surround and the bathroom exhaust fan. The tile had to be redone twice and the second time was by someone unaffiliated with Dr Domicile. He said it was the most "Frankenstein" prep job he's ever seen and said there was no waterproofing put in. I also had Anthony put in a new bathroom exhaust fan and I just found out it's exhausting into my attic, not outside my house. These issues jeopardize the soundness of my home and are not just cosmetic issues. He also chipped a brand new tub, etched the brand new counter top, didn't seal the toilet to the floor, didn't caulk around bathroom fixtures, didn't know marble needs to be sealed, and more, and the project extended way longer than initially quoted. He also up charged me for things I really don't think he should have. Sorry to have to post this but finding out today that the bathroom exhaust is blowing into my attic made it apparent that this was a job to make a quick buck off of me with no concern for the final result or the well-being of my family and home.

From the very first meeting with Garrett, everyone at Flat and Fancy has been professional in all aspects. Garrett was very clear on our options and worked with the Pikes Peak Regional Building Department to get all the required permits in place. The crew performing the actual work was friendly, professional and kept us informed when the city dictated changes to the approved plans. They worked with the inspector to minimize the impact of those changes. The concrete work is better quality than what I've seen on a work related project where we're paying millions.... I won't mention that company by name but Flat and Fancy far outshined that work. The finished product is very nice and is exactly (less the city dictated changes...) what we needed for our home. I'll get some pictures up so you can see but we definitely recommend them.

That is costing me $22,000 to fix. I'll still have to have drywall reinstalled and painted. Other unprofessional acts were not competing the job. Owner wouldn't answer calls or emails. I had to stop payment on my credit card to get them to call me and complete the job. After stating that the job was complete, an employee did come out and finish the job - another 8 hours. Because I had put a stop payment on the card, then they required me to have a cashiers check. I don't recommend this company.
