I was recommended to this cleaning service by a large amount of Facebook comments. Unfortunately the expectations vs reality were worlds apart. Rude communication with the owner, unprofessional staff and not even a mediocre cleaning job was performed. My toilets were not scrubbed, the floors were not vacuumed and dust was everywhere. I give grace as I am aware of the labor that goes into such a service however for what my bill was and what we received I Unfortunately have to not recommend this company. I'm extremely disappointed with service. I was referred by an acquaintance. I had had surgery and needed help picking up. Was trying to find a service to help me "deep clean" my home and then provide a weekly cleaning. I had contacted Liz, she replied the same day with a spreadsheet of prices. 85 for regular maintenance and 135 for deep clean bc my home was less than 1500 sq ft. I had scheduled a deep clean for the following week. Which was supposed to be 160. Apparently my house was sooooo messy she had to up the price to 160. But wait..... this only includes dusting and wiping down stuff for a "DEEP CLEAN". If you want to actually clean... you have to add on stuff. So, at this point I was skeptical but I was referred by the acquaintance (my nail tech), who assured me "if I was unhappy Liz would come and fix the problem". So, I followed thru with the deep cleaning and add ons. I ENDED UP PAYING 242. This included the "deep cleaning" + oven, 6 loads of laundry, dishes and washing of windows. So, Liz told me I'd need 3 ladies to clean my house bc again it was "so dirty". Which I reluctantly agreed. Also, YOU HAVE TO PICK UP BEFORE THEY ARRIVE. The night before, picked up everything off the floor, stacked the dishes and swept. So, they only had to do was dishes, oven cleaned, laundry done & shower scrubbed. At this point, I was upset already but I felt like if they helped do my dishes and clean the shower/oven it was worth the money bc I couldn't (surgery). The day came. The came around 12. They sat inspecting for 30 min. I have cameras set up all over my home so I was watching. (I have child and like to keep eyes on him and the babysitter). I left and came back later. I was awestruck by what I seen. The dishes where not scrubbed but placed in the dishwasher or rinsed off and place on the counter. The fans weren't dusted. There was a McDonald's pickle in my bathroom shower. My son and I don't eat fast food bc its health issues. So, I knew it was from the cleaning crew. The laundry, I had already washed was folded but the dirty laundry that needed done wasn't touched. I was extremely upset. I had spent 242 for them to come neglect, the things I specifically asked/paid for. Liz contacted me a few days after to get me on the schedule. This is when I informed her, I needed them to come back to finish the job. Liz became passive aggressive and rude. Explaining there was 5 girls there for 4.5 hrs. First off, walking in and looking at the place doesn't count. Nor, does leaving for almost an hour to get food, count as part of cleaning. There wasn't ever 5 girl cleaning and they were definitely not there for 4.5hrs. I don't know if she didn't know, I had cameras or the girls exaggerated. I rewound my cameras multiple times to check. During our time of discussion about the job. She threw in my face that my house was "disarray" that it should have been cleaned "from the jump" "off rip" and "suggested I get regular maintenance". Are you kidding me? This was a cleaning service. It's your job to clean. If my house wasn't dirty, why would I be calling you? The way she spoke to me was demeaning and uncalled for. She deliberately tried to shame me bc I was unhappy with the services. I explained I had 242 for them to do the Dishes, which weren't taken care of. They were left on the counters. Clean the oven, which was wiped out. She tried to tell me it was "stuck on stains " and the oven couldn't be cleaned. The shower, which was wiped out. Not scrubbed. She replied everything had been done that was stated in " deep cleaning" but they didn't dust the 'light fixtures' (fans). And wiping down things doesn't count as deep cleaning. There was no laundry washed. Placing dishes in the dishwasher doesn't count as washing them. It wasn't even turned on. In conclusion, These girls are not qualified to clean and haven't been trained. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They're overpriced and do minimal work. read more

Do not hire this cleaning company. The owner is extremely rude and just a very very unkind person with the worst customer service I've ever encountered. She failed to show for my scheduled cleaning and while trying to reschedule, I found someone else to come the same day. We never confirmed a reschedule date and time but she told me I was the one who canceled and not her and I would still be charged $35. This lady is a complete scam. read more

This business is a complete scam! I asked for a deep clean because I am 38 weeks pregnant and wanted a professional cleaning before the baby comes. What I actually paid for was a half done swiffer dusting job by NON PROFESSIONALS. The owner was the most difficult to communicate with. She only came back with excuses, lies and her only explanation was that dust settles and that's why it's there. Despite seeing the video I sent from my son's camera of the worst mop job I have ever seen. It was less than 30 seconds of NOT mopping. The video was not ever once addressed. I sent pictures but she said it was still not enough. My shower was untouched. Bathroom countertops were untouched. My office was not vacuumed, and desk was untouched. Blinds and window sills in the office, toddler bedroom and new baby's room were not wiped like others. My microwave still had puddles of cleaner on the glass plate and not completely wiped. The only dusting that was done was whatever a swiffer picked up. Her solution was to come back and "fix" the overspray on the top of my built in fridge that was not wiped and clean the shower or I can get two free add ons in the next service I paid for. Then she told me that the shower door couldn't be cleaned so I don't understand how they can come back and fix it if they couldn't clean it to begin with. Complete joke! If I can clean it just fine then a professional cleaning business surely can. The only thing that was said was that the dust settles that's why it's still there, which doesn't even make sense. Dust cannot settle if it wasn't wiped in the first place. Complete bull! If I can clean it just fine then a professional cleaning business surely can. She finally told me she tried everything to fix the situation EXCEPT a refund bc she does not do them (I now see why). But if I have to tell a professional what needed to be cleaned then there is nothing they can come back to "fix." I just paid someone almost $200 for me to have to reclean and mop having contractions at 38 weeks pregnant. After her telling me a manager walked through my house - also a lie proven by cameras - she blocked me on fb which does not allow me to leave reviews. Very convenient and highly professional. I come to google and notice the same with many other customers. She told me that I needed to have a regular cleaning schedule if I wanted the things cleaned that I paid HER a DEEP CLEANING for. I was completely insulted since my house was not even dirty, her employees just could not properly clean like professionals. I did send additional pictures including the video again and I was told I was not allowing the situation to get fixed. If the employees that came to clean in the first place couldn't clean why would they come back to clean again?! Still nothing on the video. Owner is a terrible business person. I hired them to do a deep clean. Told Lizzy its a 155 according to your price, I'll pay 200 total for tip, tell them do a good job. Well then she wanted to see the house, so I gave her the code house is vacant. All is good, day of wants to be paid in advance yet house isn't clean and wants the entire 200 which includes a 45.00 dollar tip that they hadn't even started yet. I pay half to compromise. 5 hours later I got a couple of messages, the tenant would like the inside the fridge cleaned and that would be 25 and can you send the rest of the money. I sent the entire 200. The following day wants to know who's paying the extra 25, I told her I hired you to clean house and paid a generous tip, I paid what we agreed on. Any extra I did not otherwise I'm not paying. Said replied well the tenant wanted it done, I asked her who hired you, the tenant or me? Did we agree on 200? Did I pay what we agreed on? So she blocked me and said never contact her again acting like a child. I'm sorry, but I left a generous tip, and paid EXACTLY what was agreed on, and have our entire conversation to prove it.
