So many options on products I love the brand Zion health I recently got there shampoo and conditioner and I'm hooked. I always stock up on my sage and often find the right crystals for me and always stocked up on my insense. The staff are always knowledgeable on products and herbs, they also have a large selection of herbs that they capsule or powder form formulas to help with certain needs and they will give you information on the formulas. This store is located on the corner of Alafaya Trail and Lake Underhill Rd. It sits behind the McDonald's. It shares a plaza with my other favorite place, Mecatos. This plaza has added a Rita's recently also. Because of all the businesses, parking is not lacking. Sprouts is nicely sized, bright, and welcoming store. Always greeted at the entrance. Well lit. The cashiers are friendly. There is fresh seafood section, prepared meals, meats, specialty cheeses, organic produce, extensive cereal aisle, a large variety of dairy, non-dairy, vegan & gluten free products. There is wine and drinks, vitamins & supplements, life-balancen lol. Sprouts is a great addition to the Waterford Lakes area. It's wonderful.

She took time and asked me questions to help her help me. We asked for one item in which her store didn't have. But as my friend and I were walking around she actually was looking for a similar and better product then the one we were inquiring about. I really like Whole Foods Market (WFM)! But I am writing today, and leaving a review, because of an…read moreitem WFM is now stocking. I am older and have terrible arthritis. I have lost weight to help my arthritis by going on a non-inflammatory diet. But thanks to WFM I can now have dark chocolate. Sugar, organic cane sugar and now I discovered coconut sugar messes up my arthritis something bad (all those sugars negatively affect my inflammation. All but Raw Chocolates, which WFM now carries. I buy Raw Dark Chocolate Maca & Cacao and it doesn't affect my arthritis at all. I have maybe one bar with a can of Zevia or Nixie twice a week. I feel like a normal person treating myself and have no negative physical ramifications. The parking at WFM is awesome. The restrooms are awesome. Indoor or outdoor seating. One can make an Amazon return here. Seriously, I just love going to WFM. Try Raw Chocolates, they have many types! And they are local - located in Hollywood, Florida.

Baked goods etc. This is definitely a grocery store that you wouldn't want to buy everything at though because some stuff can be really expensive. The other side of the coin being that they carry things a lot of things other places don't. For example, during the Autumn/Winter months, Sprouts and Trader Joes are the only places I can find honey nut squashes. So think of a butter nut squash only smaller, and like 10 times the flavor. I always look forward to incorporating them into my meals every year. For those who are vegetarian/vegans can find a lot more variety than the normal grocery store as well. During the holidays you can find items at discount prices too. It's a store I like to frequent, and I hope will be around for a long time.

They also have lots of ready to eat and ready to cook meals. Their frozen food sections, I found some frozen soup dumplings, they have a variety of all kind of frozen food that I would like to try. I also found some specialty sofrito /hispanic condiments that I could only order online, and they do have them, so I can buy them directly now. I like the ambiance of the place, all relax, enough space to walk around, it reminded me of Whole Foods. Sprouts is still pricey for me and my budget, but I'm willing to try more with coupons and sales as they come. I'm in and out in no time, I like that. Service has been impeccable. I recommend it
