Another man came in after us and also sat in the waiting area. When the worker came over, he asked what all of us were there for and then walked away. I watched the worker who had originally assigned us to the male gentleman pull him aside and speak with him as they kept looking over at me and my fiancée. They then sent someone else entirely to come tell us that now no one would be available to speak to us for over two hours. This behavior was absolutely appalling. I walked my fiancée out of there and we will be choosing a different bank altogether as well as closing the accounts we currently have through Chase. As we walked out, I watched the worker who was supposed to help us walk up to the man that came after us and pull him to his cubicle. I don't know if its because we were only opening a joint account and he wanted to do work on business accounts or if it was because my fiancée and I are both women. Either way, our business shouldn't be treated like it's less important. Do better because this behavior is unacceptable.

Today I am happy to report that this branch is the best. Professional staff. Smiling faces. Best of all, no long lines and no nonsense. I needed a cashier's check today. While I'm not happy with the $10 up charge as a account holder, I will say it beats all the foolish monthly fees the other For Profit banks charge. This branch is raising the bar.
