Stopped by for a noon meal, whatever you'd call it, on a Sunday, which has a limited menu compared to dinner/supper. What is there is done well. Burgers have large patties and fries are crisp. The wings are tender inside and crisp outside, with a mild spice but quite flavorful. Texas toothpicks are slivered, battered, and fried onions and jalapenos and are addictive. The cheese balls are battered and fried curds with just a bit of squeak and the right amount of saltiness, and the contrast in texture is so satisfying. read more
