There is no way for me to know if you have called earlier today to find out where the maintenance man is." It wasn't until I cancelled my appointment and asked for the manager did her tone change a little, but then, she didn't transfer me correctly, and ultimately transferred me and the owner/manager hung up on me. What a mess. Such an unpleasant experience.
