I have no time for appointments during the week with a 50 hour schedule. Now I have to take time off Monday to address this, which typically save to visit family or travel. So if you want to be spoken to as if they are doing you a favor by allowing you to get your oil changed, and have them completely botch your brake jobs... This is your shop.

I always fear the mechanic trying to use smoke and mirrors to get you to buy more than what is necessary. The work was done in a fair amount of time and price was accurate on the estimate. Called Car experts, explained the situation and asked if they may have put on the wrong brake components and if they have had any similar instances to which they did not seem the least bit concerned stating "your car only has one option (for brakes)"....we don't do calipers. I took it for a road trip and the ride is god-awful and this affects the whole driving experience ....not how it was when I brought it in and not how it felt from the factory. I thought you get what you pay for but with Car Experts you pay more for less. Wish I would have just gone to a dealership, could have saved money and probably got better parts and service. Now I have to figure out what they messed up, thoroughly dissatisfied.

They told me there was metal in the transmission and they didn't know how to delete the DOD (weeks were spent discussing the build) which didn't matter either way given I gave them every part to rebuild and bullet proof the transmission had the truck sent straight to Chevy and the transmission had 0 metal in it and nobody has been able to figure out why my truck is broken down a week later, absolute unprofessional bums.

Recently moved to OK, my AC wasn't working great as it was in cooller climate. Did a lot of…read moresearching to find someone that wouldn't just do the regular thing. It did take me 3 trips. Part of it was waiting for a HOT day, one day drove there and it was a record cool day LOL! But, they just would not throw parts and labor that wasn't needed. Exactly what I was looking for. First they found my Alternator was mis-behaving that explained why both my break lights had burned out at the same time. They did the AC refresh with lubricants, but on over 100 degree days it still wasn't working. Went there on a HOT day and they nailed it! Get this, the idle system needed adjusting. This fixed other problems. Including my gas oxygen indicator that other places told me for the last 6 years not to worry about - it was fixed, my AC worked on this record heat-spell, my gas milage improved, my acceleration from 0 to 40 improved... That hot day "fix" didn't cost me anything more. I drove 22 miles from my house to use them. Worth IT! Happy with price, service and enjoyed the place. B.T.W. their shop is really clean.
