I knew I wanted to get her pierced at a professional place, with a needle, and not at the mall with a 16 year old and a gun. I called ahead and spoke to Travis, who was very nice on the phone. He told me that he pierced his own daughters' ears when they were around the same age as my daughter and that made me feel very comfortable. We arrived and Travis was even sweeter in person, he was very gentle with my daughter and told her what he was doing as he was doing it, (cleaning her ears, etc.) I was very satisfied with the whole process, and will definitely recommend them to anyone else looking to have a piercing done.

It was the best experience I've had in my 15+ years of getting various tattoos at various places. He was great about not only listening to what I wanted to do, but he was candid enough to let me know when something I might want wouldn't be the best idea based on how tattoos work in terms of size and scope. I have 3 pretty elaborate and fairly custom tattoos that he has done for me. I have gotten multiple compliments on them, and I won't go to another shop to have anything inked on my body. Everybody that is very cool with a laid back vibe. You don't get that dingy biker dive feel about the place. Great artists that do great work and listen to their clients.

The other artist wanted another deposit to do the work, had to wait for the owner to return from vacation to schedule a consult with him. Owner proceeds to tell me that deposits are non refundable and he immediately walks away from me!!!! He didn't try to talk about it at all.
