I had windshield replacement by fox auto glass. After replacing my windshield. They didn't do good job. When I drove my car I can hear the noise coming from windshield. I call him ask him to did driving test. Then he did re seal the top part windshield. After that when I drive the car still makes noise. I call him again he doesn't answer me call anymore. I text him he doesn't respond. So I posting this let people know this person cannot be trusted!!! Be aware!!! read more

The Technician showed up in his own truck, not as listed on goggle & when he arrived, he was on cell phone chatting to a friend majorly of the time in foreign language. He was very rude considering I am the customer & did not answer my questions regarding his repair job. I forced him to vacuum up glass out of bottom of my car window & he did not clean up after his work was done & all tiny pieces of glass was on driveway & yard. I had to clean it up. I also noticed pieces of glass in the window where it would go up & down. Extremely disappointed at this cheap & too unprofessional treatment by this company! Do not use ! read more

Rene replaced my windshield and it's not sealed tightly, there was noises when I was driving, I called him to fixing my windshield since should have life long warranty to fix problems like this, but he didn't show up for appointment and won't answer my phone calls at all!! We had a large object hit our windshield on 10. We were 4 hours from home and 2.5 hours from our destination. The windshield broke from the inside and it was not safe to drive any further. We were stuck with 3 kids on the side of the road. We called Fox's and Alexander said he was willing to help us out immediately. He got to us within the hour and fixed our windshield quickly. Our truck was broken into on two separate occasions. We called Fox glass to replace the glass. The first repair was great, he was prompt and professional. He cleaned up after himself and made sure it was perfect. The second break in repair, we called Fox glass again, the owner came to do the work. The glass was installed fine, no issues. But he left all of the glass in the door frame and panel. So every time we shut the door, the glass shakes around. We've repeatedly called and texted him to ask him to come back. He said he would, but never showed. Would not recommend him again! read more

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value So i Used this Company/Guy to come fix the front windshield on one of my companies fleet vehicles. He of course alot cheaper than everyone else and that should have been huge red flag right off the bat but i with with it to save a buck . I have a newer toyota that needs a calibration when a new windshield is installed . The lager reputable companies like safelite charge 500$ just for calibration and use calibration kit to do the camera calibration .this guy said he can do the calibration for 100$ . So wanting to save a lil $ a made a huge mistake and let this guy come do the job . He showed up replaced the windshield when he was finishing up i asked he about the calibration and he said it is a manual thing he did and it was already done . But not knowing the actual process i said OK and paid him .Then i looked online on how the actually do the process and he literary did not do the calibration at all . So the next day i notice that the windshield is also not sealed correctly so air & water is coming into the vehicle now. On top of all this he stated i had lifetime warranty . Now of course when i call or send him a txt i get no response .Called from a random number this morning and he answered just to figure out who i was and then hung up on me . Same day service on a Saturday and cheaper than everyone else! They even saved me some money by carefully removing and reusing the plastic clips on the sides of my windshield. I have not taken it through a rain storm or car wash yet so I'll update this after it's exposed to water. read more

Prompt customer service! I had a chip on driver side that quickly spread to passenger side. Called Rene with Fox Auto Glass at 8am and he quoted me over phone and showed up to my job and completed replacement by 11am! Was a return customer and recommended others to this place and after having them replace a windshield for me they can't put the plastic pieces back in correctly around the outside, seal up the window correctly sounds like your in a wind tunnel. When trying to get them to come back an honor their work After you tell them about the air leaks and they told you to call them a couple days after the "curing process" they won't give you the time of day, give you attitude and hang up and not respond to you. Worst service ever don't waist your time and money with Fox they are absolutely worthless. read more

I called several of the larger companies and decided to go to my Toyota dealership. However, I decided to call my insurance rep. He gave me the number to Fox Auto Glass in Katy. I talked with Rene, who asked me questions about my car model, etc. Then I was given a quote several hundred dollars less than the big guys. I repeat, several hundred! They came to my home within one hour after my call and completed the installation within 50 minutes. I waited for a month before I placed this review, and thus far, have had no problems, even with the rains we have been having. So, I give Fox 5 stars. Highly recommended! read more

Fox Auto Glass uses non-OEM glass. If you have Lane Departure Warning and Collision Avoidance warning systems those systems may not function after they replace your windshield. This happened on my daughters 2014 Honda Accord so now I'm out the $s I paid Rene and now I get to pay to replace her 1 week old windshield with a Honda OEM windshield. I've provided Rene with a list of Honda vehicles that require OEM glass but if you have safety systems that use cameras, through your windshield, don't count on him to ensure your systems will still function after he replaces your windshield. Not once did Rene mention this as a problem. read more
