I normally don't write reviews, but I felt like I had to for this situation. I found Duran's Window Tint off my neighborhood's Facebook page. I saw that they had a storefront so I decided to check it out. I spoke to Mark Duran there and he explained and sold me on their tint. He was even nice enough to swing by my house after-hours to give us a few samples as we decided on which one we wanted to go with. We had a couple estimates with other companies that was a little cheaper in price but we decided to go with Duran's Window Tint because Mark was very professional and helpful with all our questions. I let Mark know that we decided to go with them and we got a date scheduled for the job. On the day of the scheduled tint job, Mark, his son, and another gentleman came by to start the project. Within the first 5 minutes, Mark's son broke the glass to our backyard door, one of the windows getting tinted. I was totally fine with it knowing mistakes happen and also knew they were professional enough to get it replaced. As soon as it broke, they started making phone calls to see how they can get the glass replaced. They eventually found a company but the company said it would take 2-3 business days to get the new glass ordered and replaced. I figured they would get our other windows tinted since I had 8 more other windows to tint but Mark insisted he didn't want to continue till the broken window was replaced. This was on a Thursday and the following Tuesday was when the glass company came by with a new window for replacement. Mark told me to let him know once the window was replaced so I did. That was the last I really heard from Mark. I texted Mark the next morning asking when we can continue on with the project. I didn't get a response from him which was weird because he'd been pretty good with responses. I then texted him again later in the afternoon, and he finally responded with "We've carefully considered the project's factors and feel it's best not to proceed with the window tinting job. Given the circumstances, we believe stepping away is in the best interest of all. We appreciate your understanding. Thank you for considering us!" To me, that was very UNPROFESSIONAL. First of all, we never received an apology from them on breaking our glass. You would figure it's common courtesy to give an apology right when it happened. Mark apologized later but then went on explaining how he always tells them they shouldn't rush the job and so on. To first break my glass and then to follow that and say you don't want to continue is beyond frustrating. I've even recommended a few of our fiends there. I will let them and everyone know on Facebook the experience I had with them. Mistakes happen, but at least be professional and own up to it. read more

10/10 Recommend. These guys are AWESOME! Scheduling is super easy - you can do it through Facebook. They did a great job on my husband's Alfa Romeo - something he was super nervous about. Lifetime warranty on the tint. We will definitely be bringing all of our vehicles back. read more

I should've left a review a long time ago. I got my girlfriend's car tinted in 2016. We dropped the car off the night before. The woman said it would be done the next day. We never got a call about if it was ready or not. I called the shop multiple times a couple hours before they closed and no one answered, so we couldn't pick it up till the next day. The excuse I got was "my daughter was working for me and she doesn't know what is going on" or something to that effect. In the days after we had some bubbles in the tint but I know it needs to settle, but they didn't. 2 years later, we have easily over 25 small bubbles in the tint. It's inexcusable. I definitely won't be taking any more cars here or referring anyone. read more

I bought a 2018 mustang and wanted to stay cool and protect my interior. I found these guys on yelp and took my car over to them to have my windows tinted. I had the side and rear windows tinted and a film installed on the windshield for UV Protection (recommended by them and when investigated via internet I saw it as a good investment). They did a good job and their shop was very clean and professional. Would recommend anyone to go to them and will return if I need to. Everything looks a+ so far, they were very informative. After seeing all of the great pics/reviews on FB I decided to give MD Mobile Tinting/Duran's Window Tint a try. I drove to Marc's location 2x to get the tint installed and the tint still has bubbles in it BOTH times and is not coming out correctly etc. Since its the 3x I will need to go back, I asked him to just refund my money. He refused to do so - and stated he would come to my home to re-tint my windows for a 3rd time. I have yet to hear back from him - and have decided to cut my losses and have it done at the dealership where the work is guaranteed and if there is any issues getting my money back will not be an issue. Just had the windows tinted on my new car. Called yesterday afternoon and got an appointment for 11 today. Mason was very nice and polite over the phone. Giving me a quote and warranty info. Showed up 10 minutes before appt. Mason met me at the car and took my car right in. Nice clean office to wait in with a TV and Roku. Owner took my info and payment with text or email recent. No clue what the other guy is going on about. Window Tint is going to show bubbles in the first couple weeks. They tinted two of my cars now and there have been no problems with quality or bubbles. Best advice - listen to what the tint guy says after he finishes.. There are specific things you shouldnt do. Obviously someone didnt listen. hahaha. read more

Solid tint job for a good price. Took about an hour for the whole car. I bought the second most expensive 3M metallic tint. Knowing virtually nothing about auto tint when I walked in, the installer had the patience to take me though a detailed explaination of the different types of tints available. I thought I would have someone crawling around in my car with a roll of film and an exacto knife as I haven't gotten a car's windows tinted since probably 96'. Everything was digitally cut, and quickly installed. The process was really pretty amazing. I really can't say enough about how impressed I am with how my car looks and the inside is incredibly cool now. Thank you Duran's! read more
