I have been dealing with severe pain for over 5 years since my pregnancy, and it's gotten to the point where my everyday life is affected. I can't even do the littlest of things without being couch-ridden. I felt hopeless for a long time. Crazy. No one could describe why I was feeling like this. Come to find out that it is SI-Joint related. On my 2nd visit, we had a injection procedure done. the next day, my pain went considerably down - manageable. I was able to hold my 3 year old while standing, for the first time. I was able to do the dishes, without falling over, for the first time. mind you - i'm only 30 years old. I cannot thank Dr. Patel enough, for being such a subject matter expert, for helping me, for his expertise, and his great attitude. 2 weeks later - i'm not as depressed as I was, and can function better. The doctors who work here are knowledgeable and want to give the best care they can (along with the staff), and from what I've seen in several visits, they have a lot of patients who need help. The building is within a business complex, and there is plenty of parking. The waiting room has a lot of magazines out to read, and a very old box TV hanging from the ceiling. Based on the level of care that my family has received here, I would recommend anyone else to come if they are in need of these services. Everything is clean and orderly.

Every time I have come, the nurses and doctors explained everything to me and what to expect and were so friendly. I looked forward to going since I knew I would be treated so well. The steroid injections were semi helpful but I have so much scar tissue that needs to break up before I am 100% again but I've had some temporary relief and have noticed some positive changes. Thing I couldn't normally do, I can now do- which is always a positive. The facility is clean, the front desk checks you in quickly and the staff is amazing. The last time I came for my final injection- I had some bad side effects and got lightheaded and couldn't lift my leg, I freaked out a bit and gave myself a panic attack- the nurses stood by my side and helped me get out of the panic attack and reassured me everything that was happening as far as the leg pain and the fact that I can't move my leg was normal side effects due to the heavy dose of steroids. The last times I got the injections I had no side effects besides being drowsy from the anesthesia. When you're done your procedure they give you ginger-ale or coke and cookies and crackers to try and come to after resting in the room a bit. I wish I had all the staff members names because I'd like to recognize them on here but all the staff there including doctor Bruno are awesome! This facility is full of a lot of people that really care about their patients, and it shows through their actions. I would highly recommend this place for steroid injections or anything else that is needed.

I contacted the office three times and got absolutely nowhere with getting them to escalate this issue of getting a pre-authorization. I was in a lot of pain and I really needed to get this done. And I explain to them the reason I was going to a secondary Dr was because I wasn't getting a lot of progress getting into see someone at Rothman. if you want timely follow up care by the office personnel such as preauths and returning phone calls, I would avoid this office completely.

Across 2 visits and 4 phone calls, she regularly interrupted me, told me I was wrong, and made me feel unwelcome. I'm 36, and this is honestly the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The good news is that Dr. Zonshayn has an excellent bedside manner, is clearly an expert in his field, and he gave me a cortisone shot that helped ease my pain.
