Across 2 visits and 4 phone calls, she regularly interrupted me, told me I was wrong, and made me feel unwelcome. I'm 36, and this is honestly the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The good news is that Dr. Zonshayn has an excellent bedside manner, is clearly an expert in his field, and he gave me a cortisone shot that helped ease my pain. I have visited two of their offices one in Horsham and the one that I go to primarily in Huntingdon Valley. Everyone there is courteous and genuinely shows interest in doing their best to make the best out of a not so great situation. I have never felt as though I was just another number coming through the door, and it is clearly obvious that everyone involved genuinely wants to do their best to help make the pain that is present as bearable as possible, without being too aggressive and turning people into zombies . Dr. Chad Metzger, has been a lifesaver, and I would highly recommend him to anyone to make life much more manageable and in many cases as normal as it can be considering what it's like to live with pain 24/7 I find it, encouraging that his approach is both prudent and conservative and beyond just dispensing medication. Dr. Metzger, is helpful with making recommendations for total health, including mind, body and soul. I cannot speak more highly about him and again would recommend him to anyone with chronic pain.
