They have a very comfortable clean office. You don't mind waiting here at all. They have some pictures hanging on the wall that looked like they had a story behind each one. The office is decorated very well. There was also two well behaved dogs in their own gated section of the office. There is a tv to keep you occupied. Scott wrote up the estimate he is very thorough and detailed. He is also very knowledgeable about the repairs and car insurance companies.
