I stopped here for Ohio bike week. This is the starting location in my opinion for the bike week experience. Mad river does a great job with keeping everyone happy. They have their doors open and bathrooms open as well. Makes life easy instead of using the ports potty's. Showed him pictures of the bike earlier in the week and told him the cosmetic issues it had finally got a trailer to take the bike up there and instead of being a man and telling me to my face he wasn't going to buy it he walked away to try and sell a bike. so wasted my time and money driving the bike up there. read more

I came i few days ago with a friend. The salesman Vince very pushy and rude!! Apparently if your not interested in buying a bike WHY DID YOU EVEN COME IN ATTITUDE!!! This company is good while they are trying to make the sale. BUT once that sale is done their word means nothing. I should have my bike sitting in my garage right now but where is it. It is still sitting at the dealership. They lie. We were told that the bike would be delivered either Monday or Tuesday. Monday, they said they could not deliver because they had to put parts on. OK I will give them that. They told us that they would deliver by 5pm Tuesday and did not arrive at 5 pm to drop the bike off. When I called, they stated that the time given was a guesstimate. They stated that they had a lot of deliveries to make and could not give me an exact time of arrival. None of this was conveyed to us when we discussed the delivery time. I believe they had no intentions of delivering the bike. They were told that I had to leave shortly after 5pm to get to an appointment. We were assured that they would be on time. They got offended when I got upset and yelled at them. They cost me over $900 in wages and I had to cancel my appointment. I will NEVER buy another bike or anything else from this company. Stay away from them. read more

The staff were not very friendly. They were preoccupied and busy doing something on the computer. I did not feel appreciated there. No friendly welcome or a hello and being there I felt I was more of an inconvenience. Also quite appalling was $169 pair of jeans made from Vietnam. Seriously that's outrageous!!! Went online and look for a harley shop and I found one and did aprove and ever thing a different harley-davidson had the bike so the switch me to them the harass me for 4 day to come sign paper so I did I got the loan and sign it and now they saying I owe 1500 dollars I I have receipts say 1500 where say dealer took 1500 was paid and the loan company paid for the bike the loan officer said the bike mine I should have it .. I want my bike I call corporate and didn't get no where the was payed for the bike I want my bike and they sent a text say call then no corporate I took all papers I got even the ones that had my name ine it first bike not getting screwed them reciet say 1500 paid i took all paper work to a different harley davidson shop and they said everything is good get ur and everthing was right that the bike mine took to lawyer and he brought and deal with bikes and he said same thing bike mine And I want the bike and I'm still responsible for the loan I have no problem pay for the loan I want the bike with out the bike I'm still responsible for loan this place won't give me my bike I sign paper on zept 30 2021 and Friday the 0ct 9 2021 I had to buried my dad they harnesses me and that they need pay 1500 so I waited until buried service was over and said I dint owe nothing there no paper work say I owe anything and I made a report to head corporate and nothing back from I sent the recipet and all paper reminded u they have all paper and nothing back. I took my trike that I bought there in for repair. Exhaust was rattling, rear brake pedal would go to the floor at random times, starter was slamming hard when starting hot engine, handle bars were off center when going straight. It cost me over $2300 for this work. I picked it up and driving home the front wheel is still crooked and the rear brake pedal failed again. They owe me $185 for repairs that were not made. The whole service department is in a constant state of confusion. It's sad when a company charges mega money at provides such shitty service. If you want to go there don't say you weren't warned. read more

Parts and motor clothes cant seem to figure out special orders. Minimum 2 weeks when they tell you 2 days. I get my gear from Hales and Dennis Kirk now. Im really disappointed in their customer service since mad river took over. read more

Buyer Beware - Consumers making a new HD purchase here should know MSRP and the Trade in value before you start the purchase process here.They do not work from MSRP but their own pricing configuration to SHOW you a great deal. It is far from great. If you do your homework you will find a better price and a more caring dealer about your purchase experience. You will get hood winked and they will laugh all the way to the bank.
