I get home and take my shoes off and my toes are ruined, which then I have to proceed to drive back to the nail place. I walk in and tell them the situation, which I got laughed at in my face. I came here on my birthday for a French tip manicure and pedicure (no acrylics) and still paid about $150 after my birthday discount. For that price, I expected excellent work. Instead, I left with white residue/stains on my nails and had to ask for several things to be fixed. I was already late for my birthday party and eventually stopped pointing things out because I felt they were rushing to get to other customers. When I went back about the white marks, I was told I could just wash my hands and that it would eventually come off. That wasn't the point, I came here so my nails would be perfect for my birthday that day, not so I'd have to fix them myself. To make matters worse, the very next day my French tip was already lifting. The pedicure was also disappointing. The leg massage lasted maybe a minute, there was no hot wax treatment, and the entire service felt rushed. I've paid almost half this much at other salons and received far better service and longer-lasting results. I don't mind paying premium prices when the quality matches, but this experience didn't. After three chances, I won't be returning. There are much better salons that offer better quality and value.

I just recently started coming to the nail parlor because my coworker got me into this gig. The first time I came to Bella, it was during Halloween season. I wanted to get something to match the holiday. Upon my arrival, I told the staff what I wanted and they matched the photo that I presented to them. What I enjoyed about this parlor more than others was it's traditional atmosphere. It felt like a mom and pop environment. Not too fancy inside. Pretty basic. The foot massage was okay, not as good as my experience at Everly Nails in Kyle. The staff is very friendly and nice. The establishment is clean and sanitary. It's not in a crowded parking lot like nearby nail store. I always request short nails so it'll easier for me to type for my occupation. They did exactly what I expected and asked for. I love the music that they play; it's so calming. The prices are very reasonable and affordable.
