My pedicure included a neck massage and it was more rough and painful than relaxing, I could tell the lady did not want to be there. Honestly I hate my nails. The shape is off & powder is super thick if you like that look. I kept explaining to the young male tech over and over that I wanted them thinner and he just kept looking at me with a blank stare like I had a problem with him. Everyone else in the salon had a warm neck compress and massage during their sessions but I didn't. The pedicure massage was quick and not good at all. I could've dealt with that bc the toe nails looked decent but she never said anything to me just walked away when finished and both techs did not seem to know what they were doing. The customer service is poor here and the nails look terrible. They charge a good amount at this salon. I spent $100 but it wasn't worth it. I won't come back. Reason why is I'm Vietnamese and those ladies who work on my feet and nails didn't think I understand what they were saying but they kept making rude comments about how DIRTY my nails are. That they look like I eat food and don't wash them! "EXCUSE ME" but I'm a hairstylist and I don't wear glove when I do client hair. The experience here was HORRIBLE. I've been going to this location a few times now. They have always been kind and take their time to do your manicure and pedicure wonderfully each time. I have problems with my legs and it can sometimes be difficult to move my legs into certain positions while getting a pedicure, but they are considerate and don't make me feel embarrassed. My pedicure was great with Betty however now that it has been a couple of weeks I am slightly disappointed with my manicure. My nails have grown out a ton and some are loose, some are cracked, some are crooked, and some are an odd shape. I will be going back tomorrow to get these tips taken off and get my nails redone. I am a repeat customer therefore I am shocked that my nails look like this already. Went back to get my nails redone and now they look great!! Good job Tammie! Went back to get shellac put on my toes which Lori did a great job! I also got a refill on my nails along with one nail the color changed on each hand. I can't really complain about the work that was done this time as it was better than my second to last visit. I've been looking for a new salon home and I'm pretty sure I just found it! I called at around 2:30pm after spending the last hour reading their reviews. My nails looked awful after getting them done at another location here in Pearland and I had seen amazing reviews at Cozy Nail Lounge. I didn't care how much it was going to cost, if I was going to have to get them completely redone or just a fill. I needed HELP! They were so polite over the phone and told me to come in. When I entered it was a big busy but they greeted me immediately. The decor is modern and upscale. CLEAN and smelled nice. It's split down the center, pedicures on the left and manicure stations on the right. Relaxing music. I was in awe. I told them how I had been going to another salon for the last 4 years upon moving to Houston and was loyal because they treated me like family, not so much because of the quality of the service. (Subpar at best) Tracy was my nail technician and was super sweet. She was patient and very professional. We ended up removing my nails and starting completely over but she assured me I was going to be taken care of. After great conversation and many laughs, I'm glad to say I've found a new home! My nails look AMAZING and I left wanting additional services! I cannot wait to return for my herbal pedicure. I would've gotten one today but they close at 5 on Sundays. Tammy shaped and did my nails PERFECTLY! I love this place. This was my first time and I came because of the reviews. And I was not disappointed. The only reason why I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is because the powder that was used on me was very transparent and splotchy. But Tammy also saw this and she offered to color over my nails with a matching shellac color to fix it. I was not mad at all, I was only let down by the quality of the power, but Tammy definitely made it right and I left VERY HAPPY with the result! I've been coming here a year and have never had a bad experience Reason I'm writing another review is because I recently took my fiancé here to get pedis and I'm so happy and amazed at how accomodating and understanding they were towards my fiancé! He's Deaf and cannot lipread and tends to get very frustrated when we go places since everyone insists on speaking to him, but everyone gestured and pointed and made sure he completely understood what was going on. He likes to see what's being done or is going to be done and they made sure to show him each thing so he knew what they were going to do next :3 Normally when we go places, we are made to feel "othered", but here we just felt like a normal couple! Went in to get a pedicure today. The front desk person was personable and offered me a bottle of water and showed me to my chair. You pick your type of pedicure at the front desk. Went with the Cozy Pedicure (the most basic one) it was the most expensive one I have ever had at $28. My nail technician started and I noticed she was checking the clock the entire time. Thought it was odd, maybe she had somewhere to be. There was no small talk, at all. She wasn't rude just all business. She finished in exactly 30 minutes, it felt rushed but I think she covered everything. After I paid I snapped a photo of the pedicure prices and services. Only then noticed they were timed 30minutes, 45minutes and an hour. Mystery solved...that's why she was watching the clock. The place was nice, seemed to be clean. I have been coming to Cozy Nail Lounge on and off for 3 years and the service I received recently was ridiculous. I went to get a basic full set of acrylic nails. Mia and her manager charged me $135 for the first picture and failed to tell me the price before she started doing my nails, she told me after the fact. My nails didn't even last a full 2 weeks, they were already falling off after a week. If you are going to charge $135 for nails, make it good quality and clearly this was not good quality because my nails are already breaking off after one week. I have never in my life spent $135 on nails before. I don't even spend $135 on my haircut. The price is ridiculous. They have charged me $90 for a set in the second picture that was much longer and had more design. I am very disappointed in Cozy Nail Lounge for the way I was treated especially for how long I have been going. I am never going back to Cozy Nail Lounge, lousy work, lousy service. Don't go to Cozy Nail Lounge unless you are willing to spend an arm and a leg. read more

My mom and I were looking to get our nails done. We went in on a Monday around 11:45am and were seated right away a couple seats down from one another. No big deal, we'll just see each other at the end. The layout of the place was nice. I wanted the shellac manicure and she opted for the regular manicure. They kept hounding her (at least 5 times) about getting a shellac like I was getting. From the moment we entered to the moment we left there was not one smile. No one was welcoming or friendly at all. The woman doing my nails kept watching the clock the entire time she was doing them. She haphazardly cut and filed my nails. She kept asking me how many cycles my nails had dried for every single time they went into the dryer. There wasn't even enough polish on my nails to cover the white tips of my nails. My mom's nail person actually painted one of her nails and went to the back to heat up her food in the microwave. I guess she wanted to beat the others to it. Right at 12pm, all but one employee was in the back getting their lunches out. If this was a busy Saturday, I could understand. But it wasn't. It was a Monday. There is no excuse for poor customer service. A smile can go a long way. I am giving two stars bc not everyone who worked there was bad. I had a horrible experience personally. I have been getting my nails done for 10 years , I have had plenty of different experiences and I like to try new places , so after reading good reviews I decided I would try this place out . When I first came in I showed a reference picture of what I wanted , immediately they took my phone and asks about 3 different nail techs what the price would be, so she shows me to my seat and begins. First she was unable to get a tip that fit which has never been a problem , next she started putting on the acrylic powder and and clearly did not know what she was doing it was as thick as a brick dripping off my nails and super bumpy, she then began to shape the nails and did not let them dry so had to redo them because she tried filing them after about 2 minutes of drying..... but I went along patiently, then she made them so short and stubby the shape was horrible but again I stayed calm. When she was using the drill around my Cuticles she was very rough but I didn't say anything until she cut me and I started to bleed! It was then that I asked politely to just take them off and that's when she became angry and roughly took nail clippers and just chopped the nails off and I left ! I do not recommend them to anyone ! What the heck I agree on $45 for getting my nails done and you go up to have it done. When they finish they do a great job, but they say it will be 75.00. I tell them no and they say they will meet me half way. I say no 50$. Then they say i can take my business else where. I pay the 65 and will never go back again. I talk to my friends who go there and they say they do this all the time!! Post your price and stick to it. First time here, I came with my sister for my birthday. I enjoyed everything. They are really clean and I like their decorations. I don't usually like to talk when I get pampered and I think they could sensed it. They left me alone while they did my mani and pedi. Very quiet, which I liked. Today was my first time and the reason I'm not giving the full 5 stars is because as soon as I walked in, the lady at the front bombarded me to get powdered nails. I really wanted nail polish but she sat me down before I could even chose a color. Soooo of course I was stuck with getting powdered nails. My nail technician (Nancy) however was a sweet heart and a perfectionist. She made sure the shape of the nail was all perfect and the color was one I was happy with. Which I was. So first off I will start out saying I'm sure that since this virus crap is still going on it is why I experienced things as such but still it doesn't make sense. Went here to get a pedicure and picked the 60 minute, $50 choice which is the second most expensive. Says you will get a shoulder massage. I did not. Maybe the price should not be the same if you are not getting all the services stated? When soaking my feet in the water there was nothing put into the water, just plain hot water. Walked in a few minutes after they opened at 9, waited for the two ladies in front of me to check in. Sanitized my hands as they asked me to and walked out of there after paying and back in my car at 10:01. So not only did I pay for the hour but didn't even receive a full hour. When hot towels were on my legs the lady painted my toes, I felt like she was rushing at this point. Then while she was taking the towels off her shirt brushed against my newly, wet polished toes. WTH? She immediately put my sandals back on asked me to pay at the front. No drying time at all! Then as I was trying to leave the last chair was taken and the manicurist had her tools sitting half way in the aisle and didn't even move them. Everything was going pretty well while getting my full set, but when the lady was buffing my nails she started doing it too hard and at one point missed the top of my nail and hit the corner of it (I had a square shape) which didn't feel so great. I would flinch and pull back but she just kept on doing it the same. I felt my pinky nail throb but I just thought it's cause sometimes after getting nails put on they can get sore. A few hours later it started to hurt worse and eventually started to bleed really bad. I washed the blood off my nail to better examine the issue and saw that my entire REAL nail on my pinky was completely lifted up. I had to eventually cut the majority of my nail off to minimize the pain and relieve pressure. This has all been in a span of 6 hours. read more
