Brought my 6-yr old german shepherd in for an annual exam and a Bordetella vaccination. Brian Zulauf began by feeling around her body. He attempted to manipulate her leg and she went crazy. Clearly alot of pain. That is where the exam ended. He charged me for a "comprehensive physical". When I questioned the charge with the assistant, he had the audacity to say that he performed the exam. Wait..then he comes back into the room, takes out his stethoscope to listen to her heart to act like he was doing something. I am sitting right there watching everything!! This is me: So, you are telling me that you performed a comprehensive exam a minute ago and I missed it?" Zulauf: Yes. I could not hide my complete disgust. $69 for him to look me in my face and lie. Did I mention that he tried to give the Bordetella by mouth and half of it sprayed on me? His response..."its ok, she got enough." $40 for that. Man.. I have never been so angry and disgusted and hurt. I don't care if they are offering free services, I WILL NEVER RETURN. I am a professional and expect the same from the businesses I choose. I say... do what you want, but please know that this review is 110% accurate.

The board game/cat cafe has been open about six months now and I finally visited yesterday with a friend. It was a wonderful experience and I'll break it down by the sections: Board game area: It was a Wednesday night, so the game area wasn't too busy, but we had a reservation and each paid $5 for game passes for two hours. They have an awesome collection of hundreds of games, and some of the cat-themed games were for purchase! We were also able to bring our own games, so, if you look at their list (found on their website) and don't find what you want, you can bring one. Cafe: The food and drink selection is limited, but they do have alcohol and some good snacks, if you're interested! You can even bring food and drinks into the cat lounge if you don't feed the cats. Cat Lounge: There were a number of people in the cat lounge when we arrived, but they left when their hour was up. We had only come for the games, but I quickly realized I wanted to see the cats! It was $15/person and we signed waivers to enter. So many cute cats! And they had their pictures and names on the wall so you could ID them! Adorable! They had some toys you could use to play with the cats and it was SO clean in there. It didn't smell like anything - cats or cleaning products! It was my first time in a cat cafe, but my friend had been in a few and he said it was the cleanest one he'd ever been to! Love that! Overall, highly recommend! It was such a cool vibe inside, the cats are all adoptable and you can tell this is a welcoming place! I'm excited to check out their future events and it was even nice that the meters out front had free parking after 5pm! Will definitely be back.

I have also boarded my cats here several times and not only do I get the cutest report cards on their stay when I come to pick them up, I get text messages with photos and updates! I know the cats love the entire crew because when we go back to visit for appointments they perk up when they see the technicians. In all my years of taking pets to vets I've never had the vet examine my pet without an asst or tech....thus her "checkup" was quick and scant. I took her back for anal gland issue and she's been worse than before we went. I liked the fact it was closer to where I lived but I won't compromise my cat's health just for a shorter ride to get there. I will add the receptionists were very nice and helpful though.
