She is welcoming, friendly, and professional. She offers clear instructions and encouragements during the lessons. I can already see lots of improvements after only a few lessons with her and I am looking forward to learn more. MK is also very knowledgable and supportive. She is an active listener and is always willing to adjust her lesson plans according to the learner's personal goals and needs. Her love, passion, and care for her horses is inspiring! I tried numerous times to reach either Nadia or Mark on both their numbers listed on their website. I even emailed them but still did not get a response. After trying to reach someone for an entire week, I finally spoke with Nadia who was rude throughout our entire conversation but certainly made a point to tell me she was "the owner" of the business and contacts customers when she "feels like it". I have since found another horse farm for my horses and would recommend others do the same!
