No communication that they it was not finished. I had to call them to check on the status. No one answered the phone for 2 hours and I was hung up on multiple times. Phone problems apparently. The shop is an unorganized mess. Parts everywhere, customer invoices spread all over the counter. Have they heard of privacy laws? I think there are maybe 2 employees doing the body work and they have 10 cars to be finished in the parking lot. Go to Holiday or Jeeps in the Fond du Lac area, avoid this place.

His estimate was as close to the actual price as he could get it by including things that couldn't be seen but likely needed to be fixed. Whoever was out front always was able to answer my questions about why something needed to be fixed and even were able to help me with what to do for insurance. They took care as much as they could for me. I felt so lucky and less stressed. When it was done (within a week and a half since the crash), it ran great (and still does) and they even figured out that whoever fixed my car before I got it hooked up my A/C backwards. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. They help as much as they can, are friendly, and quick.
