History

Established in 1996.

Jan Marcellis Picard is a financial strategist with over 30 year of experience in the financial services industry. Her focus is on helping clients reach their financial goals safely. Her areas of expertise are in wealth accumulation, estate protection and guaranteed income for life. Jan spent many years as an adviser in both the insurance and securities arenas. She worked for two major insurance companies and spent more than a decade as a Financial Consultant for several banks including Associated Bank and Chase Bank. In 1996, Jan left corporate America to open her own company which for years was known as Marcellis Financial Management. She has first-hand experience on how money works and eagerly shares that knowledge with her clients. By offering clients consistency, integrity, and genuine concern, she has earned a reputation as a trustworthy adviser and friend. Jan resides with her husband Rick in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
