The employee was the only one working in the store. He was making the pizza, running the register, and bringing the pizza out to the cars. I think he forgot our order, because he came out to our car with another pizza and it took way longer than 20-25 minutes (the time he had said on the phone). The pizza was overloaded with cheese and there were some strange kind of garlicky looking breadcrumbs on most of the slices. The pizza might have been underdone, or just not what we ordered. On top of this, the employee looked very stressed out and needed at least one more person to help him. He also had pizza on his hands and it grossed us out. The was sauce in his nails and Parmesan cheese hanging off of his fingers. The poor guy probably just wanted a break to wash his hands. We are very disappointed with this order and will not be coming back for a while. We are also hoping that we don't get sick after this traumatic experience. read more

This is not your father's cheesesteak. Toasted everything, which I like. This is not a traditional Philly cheesesteak. Very nice people and they're making something different. I guess I've been eating too many cheesesteaks because the lettuce tomato and mayo tasted heavenly. If you like grinder style cheesesteaks, try Fox's. If you don't like a grinder style cheesesteak and you're at Fox's, get the Pizza. read more

Have been ordering delivery from here for about a year or so, but lately issues with my orders having been more frequent. Today I ordered their "New Yorker" which pictures a typical new york style pizza complete with pepperoni. Approximately 20 minutes late and i got an already semi cold plain cheese pizza. Called to ask if they would fix the order and was told "Thats just the way it is, you should have ordered it with pepperoni " by the manager. We ordered delivery from Fox's for the first time yesterday. Got the bone-in traditional wings with sweet chili sauce and WOW...so good. May be the best wings I've had in and around Kennett. Prompt delivery as well. Will be ordering more in the future! read more

Delivery experience was pretty horrible. We were quoted 45 min for delivery for our pizza but it ended up taking 2 hours. When the food finally got here it was cold and obviously sat around for a while. I checked in with them a few times to let them know I was not happy and they gave me a different excuse each time. read more

Ordered July 11, 2019 at 5:30pm. Delivered on time. Fifteen ahead of 45m promised. Ordered extra large 16" meat pizza, added mushrooms and black olives on half. Tossed garden salad with ranch dressing. Cannolis. Pizza was very good, toppings flavorful. Sauce tasty, good cheese taste. Toppings plentiful. Salad was iceberg, I'm not opposed to that. Was crispy, nothing wilted or slimy. Cannolis were crisp, cinnamon detected. I'm from the world of Papa John's and Pizza Hut. Papa over Hut every time. Fox's is as good or better than Papa's. I ordered 2 of the Big Daddy pizzas, it was enough to feed 8 ppl with some leftover. I had it delivered, the delivery guy was named Mike. He was very nice, well spoken, clean shaven, and was very professional. From the time I ordered my pizzas to the time he was knocking on my door it was 30 minutes, the food was delivered hot and great tasting. I would recommend this pizza out of any of the other pizza places in the southern Chester county area. The ingredients you could tell were fresh and the pizzas were made with care. Do. Not. Eat. Here. I repeat. For the sake of your mental health and your pallet, don't eat at this restaurant. The interior is dirty; grease layers the walls. There is no supervision. It looks like kids run the place - literally minors in tide eyed hoodies and cargo shorts. I've been in the place with employees running around laughing at each other. Borderline anarchy. The food is downright terrible. I ordered 2 sets of wings to go from this place once. The bottom of the styrofoam container was layered in 2" of grease, like someone dumped the grease from the fryer into my container. Service was the straw that broke the camels back. I never write yelp reviews. Seriously look at my profile. I think I have maybe 1. But after the service I got here, I had to say something. I ordered over the phone for pick up. The man on the other line was rude. He kept on talking with his other coworker while I was on the other line like I wasn't even on the phone with him. The conversation went in circles 4 times over. I'd tell him one part of the order and then he'd forget the other part and ask to repeat. Or he would repeat something I said absolutely wrong. I felt like I was being pranked. I kept thinking about the cops in Supertroopers: right meow. When I went to pick up the food, he asked me if I was the guy on the other line that ordered the wings. Got delivery. The driver was nice and pretty quick. Got jalepeño poppers and hawaiian pizza. A couple of my poppers barely had any jalepeño in them and the pineapple on the pizza was definitely canned and gross. The ham was chopped super small so it all fell off when I picked up each floppy slice. Do not recommend. read more

I stopped in for a slice, they had a sign advertising their slices at the entrance of the shopping center, it was awful. They take a slice out of the frig and dump some mushrooms on it then run it through the chain driven oven. They don't have an ice machine so all you can get it cans or bottles of soda.
