Instead of saying that she was sorry and would send him over to us, she stated that he was the best server in the restaurant and was dismissive of our complaint. He finally arrived, didn't apologize for forgetting about us and we ordered dinner. Other aspects of service were also lacking. We were a party of four, and were served a basket with three rolls. Someone brought out a fourth roll in a paper napkin, very strange. The food was adequate, but not as good as in previous visits. Lastly, the manager didn't offer us anything for our trouble. We weren't expecting them to comp the entire meal, but maybe a free dessert or coffee? Nothing. Sadly we will not be going back there.
