The person answering the phone says they will try but can't make any guarantees. The same is true if you ask them to cook it a little less time. When you go to pick up the pizza, the owner questions you why you need extra sauce. Simply telling them that the pizza is dry is not enough. He tells you he put a little more sauce than usual, but it is still barely noticeable. So much for the customer always being right. The other bizarre thing about this restaurant is when you call to order pizza they ask you what time you'd like to pick it up but then they tell you available timeslots. It seems they need 15 to 20 minutes between orders. It is also strange that they are only open four days a week. it sounds like it's more of a hobby than a business.
