Owner is a complete ass. Called to see if I could get a refund was flat told no. To me this means we sell crap and we know it so we do not stand by our product in any way. Would have left a 2-3 star review but with a stupid owner they deserve one star. Staff is friendly but the food sucks. Bad pizza with very cheap ingredients at an inflated price. Ordered the wing ditties also know as plain old chicken wings. These are nothing special at all with the cheapest sauce they could find on them for dipping sauce you get a packet of Ken's dressing I mean let's try to make an effort how about it. The pizza is a frozen crust pizza not hand tossed at all or it was "hand tossed" with a damn rolling pin so the crust sucks. The cheese is super cheap quality that's why it burns instead of being a nice topping like quality cheese would and the rest of the ingredients are just as cheap. This is poorer quality than found at little Cesar's with a price that is way too high. My advice go elsewhere where unless you like to waste money. read more

The steak was very tender and flavorful. A colleague recommended ordering a Cowboy Steak and I thought it was very interesting because this place is known as a pizza and sandwich restaurant, but I was definitely surprised. The service was good and the owners were very attentive. read more

We called in a to-go order for dinner. We had planned to pick it up and hit the road since our one year old was snoozing in the backseat at the time. My phone call experience should have been a clue about the kind of service I would get in-store. I called and asked how long the wait would be and then asked for a medium supreme pizza. The man on the phone (who I think is the owner) informed me that "Our supreme is an all meat pizza. Is that okay?" I'm glad he clarified because I meant to order their deluxe. Anyway, before I could continue he stopped me and said "Before we go any further, I'm going to need to get some contact information from you because you've never ordered from me before and I don't know who you are or where you're from." He later told me that his software wouldn't let him put my order in until he got my contact info, which I get, but I feel like he could have been a bit more... gentle(?) in the way he interrupted me to tell me that. Fast forward to our arrival at the store. Our babe woke up shortly after I got off the phone with Fox's so we decided to go in to give her a much needed diaper change and asked if we could eat there. The owner acted like it was fine but also like it wasn't at the same time. He made sure to tell me it was already all packed up and then made the lady in the kitchen unpack it. I really didn't care how it was packaged, I just wanted to sit down to eat. I dealt with the baby while my husband paid. Owner asked if we wanted drinks, Hubby told them we just drank water. Owner gave Hubby clear cups (other customers had colored cups) and said "As long as you just get water, it's no charge." My husband thought that was weird since that's generally understood, and when he told me about it at the table I told him that probably meant they would charge our card if they saw we had something else. After reading other reviews, I now know they have no qualms about adding additional charges. When our food was brought out, the lady (who I assume is the owner's wife), was rude. There also seemed to be some contention behind the counter among the owner's family (I think their daughter may have been working too) that may have also involved another employee. It seems like it's not a super happy work environment and that some of the management can be hard to deal with. I will say in their defense though, that we were there at 8:00 on a Saturday night, so they had probably had it for the week. Other reviews, though, do indicate that the attitudes we saw are not unusual. The only employee I can say was GENUINELY nice to us was one of the ladies that was working in the kitchen when we got there and wiping tables as we ate. Anyway, Fox's met our dinner needs (the food was okay, but not fantastic), but left us wishing for better service. We will be keeping a close eye on our card to see if they add any additional up charges, although I'm not sure there's anything we could do if they did. One more note: After 6 hours or so in the car today as a pregnant lady, I've used several public restrooms and this was by far the most run down. The toilet seat looked atrocious and needs to be replaced. There are 2 locks on the ladies' bathroom door, but one doesn't work at all and the one that does is very stiff and looks like it has been very abused. You would think that all the extra charges other customers have complained about would pay for those few bathroom improvements. I stopped by this place on the way back to the hotel to pick up a menu for my family so we could call in an order. I had eaten at this place before it was good pizza. But I also knew they had steaks and I wanted to try them. When I went into the restaurant an Asian lady "apparently the owner" walked up and I asked for some menus. She seemed to be stunned that I wanted some menus to go. My father and I had just fished a fishing tournament and I wanted to go back to the hotel and clean up before I ate. After cleaning up I called to order for my family. This same lady answered the phone. I could barely understand what she was saying because her English was terrible. But the first thing she did was ask for my name and phone number. I gave her my name "Ford" and she acted like she could not understand what I was saying. So I spelled it for her 3 times and said like the automaker. Then she asked for my phone number which was a Mississippi number. After I gave it to her, she said she needed to know where I lived to take the order. I told her my address and "no, you have to address around here". I told her I was the person that had just come in and got the menus. She said "she didnt trust out of area numbers because people call and order food and dont show up. I said that is awful that people do that. Then she put me on hold. She came back basically saying I could order unless I had a local address. I said well I guess I wont be eating there then, and she said fine and hung up on me. I have been to this place several times before because I always stay right down the street at the Days Inn when I have a fishing tournament in the area. Every time Ive been this lady storms around the restaurant in a bad mood all the time. I actually met who I assume is her husband and he seemed to be a very nice guy. He took my order, asked where I was from and we seemed to hit it off. But Im sorry, his wife is a mean, obnoxious, bossy person that does not need to be in the front of a business like this. She does not treat customers they way they should be treated. And I would have gladly paid for my food over the phone had she requested I do that. She never even gave me that option read more

Thoroughly enjoyed a perfectly cooked center cut steak at a pizza place!!! The new potatoes were perfectly seasoned and the steamed vegetables were al-dente as I like them. I would give them a zero if possible. I stopped here with my family and had the worst experience. They overcharged my card and refused to return my money. After overcharging my account they verbally gave different prices for the food to try and justify the overcharge. The owners husband/wife are extremely rude. This is by far the best place to get steak in the entire area. Awesome is the word I keep using but I don't feel it does it justice. Everything on the plate was just plain awesome. Have only eaten here twice but wish I lived closer to enjoy it more! It's almost an hour from my house but closer than that to where I work! Had veggie pizza tonight and it was great! My son had sausage Stromboli witch he loved! He has had a hoagie with meatballs on it the last time we ate there and he liked that a lot too! I had a calzone last time I was there and it was yummy! Their dough is great -not greasy ( most pizza doughs are so greasy other places) - my family and I agree we are going to try the steaks - we have heard they are great!! read more

My husband and I decided to stop in and get their Stromboli (which is actually a calzone).The food was delicious the first time we ordered. We took it back to our room that evening, ate, everything was great. We decided to call in an order for lunch the next day. We ordered the steak "stromboli", no onions or peppers. We went through the drive thru, picked it up, headed back to the place we were staying for the weekend. We opened it up and there tons of peppers. I called and explained what happened. The gentleman that took the phone call was nice and said he would get it fixed up. About three minutes later, the lady that originally took the order had the audacity to call me back and tell me that I didn't order it that way and that I only said no onions twice and that I never said no peppers. I know for a fact that i said no peppers since my husband was sitting right there reminding to say it. She was so rude and I decided to tell her not to worry about as I was not going to argue with a childish adult on the phone. The customer service she provided is a 0 star performance. Anyone that chooses to act like that because she made a mistake is astonishing. Good luck keeping customers with someone like that around. read more

My husband and I are coming through town, passing through... for starters, I'm shocked they don't charge you to breathe the air inside their building- they up charge for everything, their pizza was hard and the meats weren't the "real thing".. they are the absolute most rude people (couple) to run a business. Also, don't try constructive criticism, they'll be defensive and completely disregard the fact that their CUSTOMER is having and issue with the service and way they were treated. I went here with my girlfriend on a visit to Lake Village. Wisely, we followed the Yelp recommendations and ordered the ribeye. It was delicious; wonderfully marbled and prepared medium rare! The new potatoes were nicely cooked in a garlic salt, and the steamed vegetables were sautéed in a buttery sauce. And if you have a chance, strike up a conversation with the Asian/Arkansan photographer turned helicopter pilot turned restauranteur! You won't be sorry! read more

Very solid food, especially the steak! We got the wedgie, a pizza, and steaks. The steaks were surprisingly good for a pizza joint. Tender, slightly charred on the outside while juicy and medium rare on the inside. The wedgie and pizza were also very good (crust was on the thinner side but not super thin), though nothing that was amazing. Would definitely get all of them again though!! The only item I would pass on would be the dessert pizza--it was too oily and tasted like something that I could make by brushing pizza dough in butter and heaping on sugar and cinnamon. read more

The Steaks are incredibly good. I had heard about this from some other duck hunting buddies of mine about this place and it was very, very good. The owner works there and is extremely friendly. This place is ridiculous. I placed an order with the young lady at the front who apparently looked new. I specifically asked for an order of 12 wings that cost $8.99 but I wanted it half one flavor and half of another flavor. Upon checking they charged me $5.99 for a 6 piece and $5.99 for another 6 piece. Upon speaking with the owner that came off to be very nice as first, he said everywhere does the same. I advised him that's not true. I shouldn't be charged for two seperate 6 piece when regardless they have to the flavors seperate. I then advised him to give me all 12 piece the same flavor and he tells me "too late" and throws his glasses on the counter with frustration. No where on the menu does it say that and neither was I advised. If I ask for a 12 piece and ask for half one flavor and half another flavor, the lease you can do is explain that you plan on charging me for two seperate 6 pieces which is more expensive. read more

My husband works in this area four days a week. Whenever I go down with him, we always eat at Fox's Pizza Den. And we eat the same thing every time, ribeye steak! It is consistently the best steak I've ever had. Great flavor and always cooked to perfection! They have a great staff that remembers us every time we are there. Go order a steak! read more
