Terrible experience with Fox. The customer service was awful, and the food quality was subpar. The sub I received was lacking meat, and when I tried to address the issue, the manager was rude and refused to give me a refund, insisting I take another sub. I didn't want another sub from this company after the poor quality, so I tried calling corporate, but received no response. This place is a shit show. The manager is constantly bitching like a teenage girl. The food is dry as the desert. They always give bad timing. They cuss like sailors and a bigger red haired girl always has her shirt pulled up so you can see her butt. Even over the phone they are bitchy. If you call in at 8 they will be rude to you because they close at 9.. a whole hour. 0/10 wouldn't recommend. read more

Second time we have visited and every time our order is wrong, this time when we ordered, they failed to record the order of wedge fries, when our food came out, I asked if I was still getting my wedge fries I ordered, ten minutes later a red haired female came out and asked if we still wanted the fries, I stated yes I ordered them and she informed me that I did not.(it was the second item I ordered) she stated that we would need to pay for the fries, now remember this is ten minutes after our order was brought out to us she asked if we wanted it. She stated again that it wasn't ordered and we informed her we didn't want it at this point and she rolled her eyes and walked away. Horrible attitude by her, and poor work ethics but the other employees. And get this as we were in there, they forgot the order of the people who ordered before us and right when we were leaving, another woman came back in who was given the wrong order!! We will never be returning there again and I advise you that if you want your food and want it right, don't go there either. read more

Our family has been frequenting this pizza place for over ten years. It is one of our favorite traditions to stop in on a weekend for a Big Daddy which feeds 5-6 adults. The place looks sketch and they could definitely stand to modernize by improving their dining room and getting a website, but the food has always been great and that is why matters to us. read more

Ha..honestly? It would not surprise me AT ALL if this place went out of business soon. Here's my last two experiences with this place.. I call on a Saturday afternoon and place a delivery order for a large pizza and a menu...the girl says they're out of menu's and it'll be 30 minutes. An HOUR AND A HALF LATER, the pizza finally comes. Cold and hard as a rock. Then, about 1-2 months later, I call on an early Friday evening and place a delivery order for a menu (they HAVE to have menu's NOW, right!?) and their Big Daddy pizza. The girl on the phone said they're STILL out of menu's and it'll take 45 minutes. Okay, I can do 45 minutes...it IS Friday afterall. But how could they STILL not have any menu's!? That is the basic requirement for any restaurant!!! TWO HOURS LATER...I call back checking on my order, they say "it's out for delivery". Alright...I'll probably have to pop it in the oven to warm it up a bit. But it's a Friday... ANOTHER HOUR AND FIFTEEN MINUTES LATER...still nothing. At this point it's not even worth it, everyone was starving and the pizza would have been ice cold and completely unappetizing. I call back and end up canceling my order. We all end up driving the 20 minutes to Lewistown and eat at The Waterfront (which, btw, made the wait completely worth it as their food was amazing...AND didn't take over 3 hours to get). Over a 3 hour delivery time for a single pizza? Are you freaking kidding me? That's just absolutely pitiful. read more

2 hours till home and hungry. I sat in a parking lot for a good 10 minutes trying to pick a place on Route 322 to grab a quick bite. When I saw a Fox's pop up I figured it was a pretty safe bet. Service was fast and the food was excellent. I got a steak Wedgie which was pretty much perfectly done (i get these at other Fox's as well). My only complaint was the number of hand written signs all over the place. I am not sure if the owner has a lot of problems with every customer being a jerk or what but they were everywhere, on everything. Either way good food, I would stop here again. Almost as good as Italian pizza! And trust me that is saying something! I went to Italy last year this almost matches up. This is by far my favorite pizza place in the United States, except for the mom's pizza. I highly recommend! read more

I was very disappointed mainly with the customer service I recieved tonight. I ordered food for delivery which took 1 and 1/2 hours to recieve (we only live 5 minutes away) which I didnt mind I just figured they were busy. We recieved our food and it wasn't right so I called them and trying to be understanding told them I wasn't sure if we got the wrong order or if it was miss communicated. The worker on the other line proceeded to tell me what I ordered I told them no that isnt what I order and started telling her what i ordered and got cut off by the worker and then i heard in the back round talking to another worker telling them that she didnt know what she wanted to do with this ( which I thought sounded rude). The other person in talked to offered to make a new one for us I told her no because I didnt want to wait another hour for food and I would just come in and return it and get my money. I ended up just giving it to my mother n law. Later on they call back asking if I was coming in to return the food I told them no I decided to give it away and in a very rude voice she says well next make sure to call and tell us and I go on and say sorry I... getting cut off again and they say bye and hang up.... read more

I placed an order on Oct. 23. It arrived in good time, but let me tell you about the taco salads I ordered. Where do I begin? The salad was 75% lettuce 25% tomatoes, cheese and taco meat. The taco meat had NO FLAVOR!!!!!!!!!! This is the worst taco salad I have ever gotten from any where. My daughter got a wedgie one time and the lettuce that was on it was brown. I'm not the type of person to leave a bad review but today was pretty ridiculous. I ordered my food and the person on the phone wasn't listening to a word I was saying, and had constantly asked me to repeat myself. Didn't give me my total after I had asked, and it took an hour and 30 minutes to get my food delivered to my house for a 10 minute drive. When they arrived they said my total and when I gave them the money I had they gave a VERY wrong amount of change back. I'd recommend not asking for delivery for the amount of time and the lack of knowledge they have hired there. read more

Every time I order a sub from here it is always made completely wrong. I always get a ham and cheese with lettuce and tomato - that's it. The first time it was smothered in Italian dressing so bad that my bread was soggy. A few months later I tried again. Same order. This time my sub was baked, bread was soggy and was just mush. I tried to eat what I could only to find out that there were peppers all through my lettuce . Today I decided to try again. This time however my family & I decided to order a pizza. With four kids that were hungry I figured it wouldn't take long so I called it in. One big daddy half pepperoni and half cheese. I called it in @ 11:52 and by 12:45 it still wasn't here. I said I would give it 5 more minutes and I did. At 12:50 I called back and said " hi, I ordered a pizza an hour ago and it's still not here yet I was just wondering if there was a problem." "What's your name?" "Alyssa ____ " "We have been busy with deliveries all morning. Your pizza just came out of the oven he will leave here in a few minutes." "Okay thank you " & she hung up. No thank you or anything. We finally got our pizza 12 minutes later. I will not be ordering again. The service is terrible & the lady who answers the phone is always rude.
