Tried to use app inside restaurant and no wifi or cell service available. Finally got some one to take order and they would not honor app specials. When they finally brought out food the wrong drink and sandwich was brought out. Took those back and requested correct items. After 15 minutes waiting asked where items were and they found them sitting in kitchen. No apology or anything from Manager received. Horrible service. Was told to pull up to the next window to wait on fries. Ended up going in to see if my order was ready 10 minutes later. Two of the three employees I saw were in the dining area on their phones and appeared to be hanging out with friends while the third employee was trying to fill orders. Again and again as I go to this McDonald's they find ways to treat your wrong. this time as I'm checking my bag, they hand me my drink, a medium mocha frappe to go with my number 1 meal. I asked the GM, Peg, "is that a medium". my order came with a medium, and that is what I paid for. she gave me attitude and insisted it was. unfortunately this McDonald's has a GM unable to read as the cup clearly says it's a small. I don't have time to argue with rude people. Do not come here during peak dinner hours, the inmates run the asylum. Order wrong, took forever: placed order at 6:24, finally seemed to have most of the order at 6:45, but, ah no....assistant manager, Adam, tried his best but fumbled his way through an apology while accusing us of being in the wrong. Not a great experience at this McD's. First, I am on line with one customer ahead of me. The cashier finishes with their order, then totally ignores me to go make coffee. Next, once my order was placed, which included 2 large drinks, she shoves her fingers inside the cups. I have no idea where her hands have been, nor any of the other many workers who may have handled that coffee pot or used that register. I believe this is a health code violation. She looks at me all confused when I complain about that. She then gave me replacement cups and put the contaminated ones back on the cup pile for the next "lucky" guest. When my food came up, it was either not announced or was announced in a whisper. The food was actually ok, as good as it gets at McD's, which is why it gets 2 stars. My.family & I always loved McDonald's not to mention was also my first job when I was 15 but anymore probably almost 40 percent of the time we go they either mess up the order, forget to put french fries in my sons happy meal(how can they close the box with no fries just shocks me) or you wait in line forever and still get half stale food. The young males working the past 2 times I've gone inside stood with their back toward me just sitting on the counter goofing off & talking about stuff the public doesn't need or want to know while I was waiting to pay at least 5 minutes or more until they got yelled at by the supervisor and told not to do it again although must not have sunk in because guess what same boys did pretty much same thing next time I was there. I was most upset i didn't look until i got home and all that was in his box was 6 nuggets and a toy now how is that possible. Didn't have a way out again to get them to fix it.
