The salmon was very good. One interesting part of the dish was the cauliflower purée, which was served cold. There was nothing wrong with it, but when something looks like mashed potatoes, your mind expects it to be hot, so the first bite caught me by surprise. My wife had a Pinot Noir with dinner while I had a Sauvignon Blanc, and both paired well with the salmon. Overall, we had a very good dinner at One13 Social and thought it was a great choice while staying in Carlisle.
