I called and told them that I had not contracted with them for that summer and she told me that because I had been a customer the previous year they assumed I wanted them to do it again this year and that they would not refund my money. Since it was on my charge card already, I just let it go and learned a lesson. Now it is September, I have moved out of Michigan and I am receiving bills for the March 31 fertilizing even though they already billed my charge card. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Once the office opens up this morning, I will call and try to get this corrected. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS.
