I love foxtail! Their coffee is my all time favorite and the baristas are super kind!

Love Foxtail! However, for Mothers Day my daughter treated me to a coffee. This was the first time the staff wasn't friendly. I asked them to fix my drink and they seemed annoyed and it wasn't what I ordered in the first place but I didn't ask them to fix it. I just disappointed. read more

Foxtail is a great new coffee shop- I appreciate that they offer such a large menu. Their cold brew is really smooth and I get it with the pistachio syrup and cold foam - so tasty! While the coffee is delicious, the price is steeper than the competition across the street on most items. Another downside - no drive through. I think that the vibe they are giving goes well with the no drive through but it is worth mentioning! I'm excited to try the affogatos! read more

Never had the food here but the coffee and espresso drinks are consistently good. Service is slow as snails so if there are a couple people ahead of you be ready to wait. The cafe area is always clean and it's quiet enough to think without the blaring music you may find other places read more

I have checked out this location a few times now since it is near my house. I have only ordered my drinks on the app and picked it up to go. The service is always quick and the drinks are good. The parking lot is always full and it can be frustrating to find a spot. There are a lot of small businesses there for that one lot. Honestly, a couple times I passed by and didn't stop because I did not see an open spot. I love the decor inside and everything still looks shiny and new. It is nice to have some other options in Byron Center when it comes to coffee shops. read more

Super good place to get coffee from if you live close to this place. I've tried it once myself and it's pretty good.

I love it here!! The gelato is super yummy and the coffee is top notch too. I tend to be very hesitant with coffee shops but this one definitely is worth it. I love the atmosphere too. The staff are lovely and so kind :) . Definitely plan on visiting more often for coffee and vibes. read more

If I could give negative stars I would! I had a horrific experience at this place today and I will never be back. I moved to the area a couple weeks ago from San Francisco and have visited this shop several times already, as it is close by where I am staying. Today I came in and ordered two pour overs to stay and one latte to go. I always order pour overs in for here cups, as anyone know who is a coffee professional knows that it changes the flavor of the coffee if you put them in anything porous like a paper cup. The order was put in right, I saw that, but when the pour overs came up they were in to go cups. My fiancé let her know that we asked for them in for here cups, and she reluctantly took them back and put them in ceramic mugs, but when I came up and took them from her I noticed the off duty barista with the blue hair pointing at me and whispering to her fellow off duty employee with long red hair. I felt something off and as the girl who made the pour overs turned around towards her fellow in duty employee she sneered and said to her in a nasally mocking tone "I wanted them for here", repeating what my fiancé had said, mocking him to the other employees around her and then rolling her eyes. It was at that point my fiancé saw this, heard it, and got up, extremely upset and offended, and came over to me and grabbed the drinks from my hand. He took them over to the girl who had rang me up and stated that he wanted his money back and that it was completely uncalled for that he was mocked for wanting something we paid for and asked for after, and explained why we wanted them in for here cups, that it changes the flavor. The person that rang me up told him that she would not give him his money back, and when he asked why, she said that he got what he wanted, they poured them in for here cups. He then stated that he no longer wanted to stay there after being insulted in front of his face to all the other employees by being made fun of and mocked and that is why he wanted his money back. He was insulted and no longer wanted to be there and sit and drink coffee there and just wanted our money back and leave. She argued with him and said there is no way she is giving him his money back, he said, well what about what your employee did to me? She argued more and said, "so what? You got what you wanted, who cares about what she did, I am not giving you your money back." Three times he asked for it because he was insulted, mocked and embarrassed and just wanted to leave, but she refused and had no care or compassion. So, he dumped the coffees out on the rug, set the cups on the counter and walked away." She came unglued, lost her composure and started yelling and calling him an ***hole!!!! Who does this? This whole situation could have been avoided if the barista who made the pour overs would not have made fun of him blatantly in front of him and the on and off duty employees. And then, to not apologize for it or try and rectify the situation, and instead just say, so what, you got what you wanted?!?!?!! Who on earth hired employees that behave like this? They were all horribly rude. The only nice girl was the one who made my latte. Even after being handed pour overs in to go cups and then put in mugs, which anyone knows has already changed the flavor by putting it in, but we were willing to still drink them and totally fine with it, until she mocked us and made fun of us. That was over the line, rude, and completely uncalled for, and what makes matters worse is instead of apologizing and giving us our money back and letting us leave peacefully, we were argued with, not apologized to, and called names. No accountability at all from anyone here at any point. I should have known something would happen after the blue haired girl walking in front of us when we first entered the shop had seen us walking in behind her and walked in the door and let it shut behind her without looking back and holding the door, and instead she let it shut in our face. If you are coming in on your day off, you should still treat customers politely. Although, she has never been polite and friendly, even on duty when she waits on us. I have been nothing but pleasant and cordial with all of the employees there, despite the attitude most of them have given. Although, the girl who made my latte has always been super nice and wonderful. Everyone else seems bothered by how uncool everyone else around them is. Not a way to handle customer service. They need to be in a warehouse somewhere away from handling the general public. Oh, did I mention that I am disabled and come in with a service animal? I have a medical condition that I require my registered service animal to be with me at all times. Perhaps this is why they make fun of me? Seems pretty intolerant, making fun of a medically disabled person, which contradicts the tolerance they preach....... below are photos of the employees involved. Do not ever go here. read more

How about a simple hello from staff. I stood at the counter for a couple minutes and never even got a greeting of any kind.
