Options of frozen yogurt were amazing, as were the options of toppings; although my biggest issue was with the organization and service of the establishment. Frozen yogurt machines always seem to be running low, while you watch the employees standing up front on their phones. The toppings bar was also extremely unsanitary, with toppings being spilled all over the counter. I found different toppings mixed into different containers, which could be a hazard for those with allergies. After all of this the employees checking me out gave me the dirtiest look after selecting the "No Tip" option. If this place had some better management it could be a lot better. read more

This place has the best frozen yogurt I have ever had, you can put as much toppings as you want and there's so many things to choose from. The service is helpful and friendly. I would recommend going to have some frozen yogurt from Hoopla it won't disappoint. They also have a waffle with some sugar which is very delicious. read more

The kiddo loves this place because she gets to build her own dessert. There are so many flavor choices, the only thing holding you back is your lack of creativity. We just tucked in there recently and they are ready for Valentine's Day. The raspberry, chocolate, vanilla and coconut frozen yogurts mixed so well with all the mini chocolate candies. Yum! While the frozen yogurt is good, each of the three times we've been the place has been very dirty. The drip trays are full of melted yogurt sitting right underneath where the fresh yogurt spouts are. The floor is messy and sticky and usually there are one or more employees standing around not taking care of anything but the register. We love frozen yogurt and have a place out-of-town that's always immaculate. Would love to have someplace closer but won't go to Hoopla again. I personally choose the full to the top cup for a set price because I'm really bad at weights and always end up spending way too much because I put way to much in my cup at other places. I've always loved frozen yogurt. And the one toping I enjoyed the most was gummy frogs. The tender deliciousness made me jump for joy. I've been going to hoopla everyday for about 2 months now and I'm really enjoying their frogs. But recently they stopped putting out gummy frogs as a topping. The day I walked in and saw this is dropped my phone in fear. My beloved topping was gone. Now all I can eat are the stupid gummy sharks which are half as tender and taste like old bubblegum. I don't think I will be going to this establishment any longer for my disappointment is too immeasurable for me to bear. read more

Great topping options, friendly staff and the yogurt flavors have been on point. This last visit they had DOLE WHIP! Low cal, non dairy and delish. Keep that on a machine please!!! I took my wife, daughter and granddaughter here for some frozen yogurt. Apparently they don't sell regular ice cream cones, only large waffle cones so we opted for the smaller of two cup sizes. The two prices posted were either something like $.53 per ounce ($8.48/lb.) or $3.99 for a full cup. There was no differentiation in price between a large or small cup indicated on the sign. No one filled their cup thinking it was obvious we were going for the $.53/oz pricing option. When we got to the cash register we placed our cups on the counter. The cashier looked at them and said $16.91 (or something near that price), $3.99 plus tax per cup. He never weighed any of the cups. Ok, I'm stupid, I should have asked how the program operated and I paid the price for not having done so, but only once. These frozen yogurt stores where you build your own concoction are grossly overpriced to start with and then to get ripped off by being charged for a full cup when it was only half filled and no clear instructions on the board explaining the pricing structure is signal enough to me not to ever enter that store again. read more
