We found Gomez now named Onyx at Petco my husband fell in love and we put in the application for him we got approved pretty quickly but was unable to pick up until the next day, we really wanted to get him out of that small cage as soon as possible but they wouldn't make time. When i picked him up they were late and didn't call until she was almost 30 min late told me there was an emergency and she would be there in about another hour.... Ok fine she gets there and pick up takes less than 10 min so again don't know why this couldn't have been done the day prior. Either way he's such a sweet cat and super friendly, he's also incredibly weird he loves cat nip and all his toys.

I find the standard cages in pet stores to be fairly ugly, and most are criminally undersized. This company, and the people who work there, are fantastic. Nathan spent over an hour with me on the phone to dial in my custom H2 Hybrid Enclosure for my lineolated parakeet. The enclosure arrived in 8 FedEx boxes (I ordered a stand as well so that the cage is eye level and has storage underneath). Take your time, lay out all of the parts, and study the instructions before assembling. Once you start, you'll realize how intelligently it is designed. After assembly, Bob fielded a series of questions I had via email. They take their time with you, are very fair minded, and are super quick to respond. The cage looks fantastic, is very well built, and their customer service is outstanding. It's well worth the cost, and I would absolutely order from them again. Highly recommend!

SUCH A SCAM COMPANY! Paid over $6000 for a parrot cage which is made of plastic with steel wire…read moresides and top. It took an engineer 7 hours to assemble and another 31/2 to fix the faulty legs. The bottom of the cage is made of flimsy plastic that is supposed to slide in. Junk. It is impossible to push in. I ordered a large hybrid cage for a large parrot. A rope climber was sent for a parakeet. When I asked to have one sent that was the correct size they want me to pay an up charge and shipping! The only positive thing I can say is the cage looks nice. Hope the plastic lasts.
