I've gone to Foxy Nails for almost a year, since they pretty much opened up. I've gone over and over cause it's fairly close to my place, it's clean and brand new but I always left with some issues. Either bleeding from getting my nails filed down to my skin, or when they picked the wrong dip color blaming me for showing the wrong one (why would I do that?) or when I had to go twice the same week due to my nails breaking after just a few days. They always broke honestly. Last time my nail tech Hannah wasn't available so they sat me with someone else. It was the worse! Kept slapping my hand telling me I had to relax (not sure how I can relax when you keep slapping and shaking my hands), took her 2 hours for a set of nails, so thick, and even though I told her 3 times I wanted a more natural look and asked if she could file them down more, she was getting upset and still couldn't get them to be what I asked. To the point Hannah had to take over but the job was already done and I was late to pick up my daughter to daycare. I give up. I'll go elsewhere since every time there is some new issue and I spend too much $$ for a mediocre service. Where do I start?!? This place is amazing. I can't say enough good things! I saw they had just opened on a post from someone on Nextdoor and decided to give them a try! I also heard they were having 30% off for the entire month of March 2020 which sealed the deal for me! It's always nice to try out a new nail place and this place was nice! I moved from Las Vegas and this salon really reminded me of the nice ones there. Hannah did my nails and she did a fantastic job! I had shown her a picture of what I wanted and the color I thought matched it wasn't exactly right and so her a some of the other people helped find the right one and it matched perfectly! This was my go-to nail salon for a long time, but they have gotten inconsistent over the past year. They used to be great every time. Now, when they are good, they are still very good. When they are bad, they are awful. My last pedi there (which will be my last) was performed by John. He got up from my station multiple times to check people out during my service. Was shouting and laughing with others. He made a joke and asked if I was afraid of him so that was weird. Didn't wash his hands after going back and forth to the counter - and then used bare hands to adjust my polish. My daughter sat next to me and by contrast had a lovely experience. So just know - you get what you get there. You may love it. Or not. read more

Visited three times. Of course the first time was great. Unfortunately after that things went downhill. The next two visits went south. The salon is nice. Looks clean. This was a lesson that all that glitters isn't gold. Cleanliness is a concern when they don't even put a towel down as is customary as well as sanitary. Taking into account that there is a language barrier, I communicated what I wanted via verbal as well as pictures. This was all to no avail. They did what they wanted and that was that. When one of my nails was obviously longer than the rest the technician actually said my finger was crooked. I know it sounds like an anjela johnson skit but it's sadly true. She also burned me twice with the drill. During these tough times I prefer not to waste my money here. Also, I want to mention that they did offer to fix my nails but who really wants to go back to a the salon that treated you so poorly. read more

A year ago this place was great. staff was friendly and respectful. Since then it went dowhill. Prior to my most recent visit, a technician argued with me because they did not have the colors I chose from their selection. Two days ago, a techician dug into the sides of my nails in excruciating pain. When I asked her to stop her reply was "you have too much dead skin". Super impressed with this place. I was able to get a same-day appointment which is surprising since they were clearly busy when I walked in. They have several time slots available because they have an amazing staff, several stations, and a super efficient process. The place was clean and efficient while busy. Unfortunately though, my technician did not do a great job. I got tips and dip powder. I asked for a pointed shape. First, she didn't do any cuticle work, except for burning them with the drill. Then the filing was uneven, and when I pointed it out, I was told that my fingers are crooked. Yes, that's right, instead of fixing it, she insulted me. Well let's say that my fingers are crooked. Wouldn't you make the nails straight, to make my crooked fingers appear straight?! And I think I read a review before saying the same thing. Someone pointed out crooked filing and the technician replied that their finger was actually crooked. I should have taken that as a bad sign. The pedicure was fine. But in the end I paid way too much to be unhappy with my nails. read more

Went in for acrylics for a wedding. Wanted oval/almond shaped pink with black tips. Was sat down with one tech who did nothing to my original nail. I had paint I meant to get out from under and never got to it. It's still there. Was moved to another tech to started the shaping of the tips and actual acrylic application. Both techs used dirty files on my bare nail. Time for acrylic came and it BURNED. It's been a while since I've had my nails done so idk if the product standards have changed but I've had acrylics plenty in the past and they never burned. And not like a nipped cuticle cause they did nothing to my cuticles but like my whole nail burned. Final product is okay but not good. They're sturdy enough but wildly uneven and the shape is not what I asked for. read more

This was probably the best nail experience I've ever had. The space in general is beautiful! The staff were all super friendly and professional! During the covid-19 pandemic however, those things can mean nothing if it doesn't comfortable and safe. My nail tech sanitized both of our hands before beginning. There was hand sanitizer everywhere! They will probably respond to this review pretending like they'll do something about it but it's all for show. When I gave feedback after the owner was rude to me he did nothing to change his behavior and never apologized, in fact he laughed In My face two times. They also over charge and charge you for add one you didn't know about (like callous removal on a pedicure). I went here 4 times and will never go back after the last experience. No one should feel anxious to get their nails done. Review for the nails- 4 stars- they always turn out great. Whether I get a manicure or pedicure they do a great job. Review for the service-2 stars- they have really gotten worse. I have been coming here for about a year. I feel like cattle. They need to realize that you are there to relax. When I spend over $60 on a pedicure I just want to relax. They rush the service completely. The lady even threw the trash from the sugar scrub into the water as my feet were still in it. Insanely fast hands on my legs and feet for a massage- legit was not an enjoyable massage whatsoever. She used the same dirty towel after scrubbing my feet for the remainder of the service. They also clean the pedicure bin underneath you as you are still in the chair- totally weird and uncomfortable. Do it when I leave please. I get this is not an easy job and I tip well but I am also paying for a service. I have been coming to see if it's just one person but every time I go it is worse. I needed to get a gel polish manicure removed and the technician completely scratched up my nails. I think she didn't let the polish remover sit long enough so she had to really scrape it hard. And irritated my cuticles a lot. They tried to tell me this was normal but I have had a lot of gel polish removed and never had such scratched and horrible nails afterwards. i came in today and i showed a photo of the nails. i said instead of the green i want pink. i said i wanted pink at least 3 times. she did not listen and i ended up with green nails. not a huge deal. then she proceeded to cut my cuticle and it started to bleed. when she was doing the nail polish she only did one layer of the green color and it was see through and very patchy. there's hairs in my nails and the white stripes on my nails were very very sloppy. it was very rushed and terrible. they didn't ask me if i wanted anything to drink but asked everyone around me. i payed $95 for these nails and they definitely weren't worth it. terrible service. i will not be going back here again. read more

A friend and I booked a walk in. They serviced us pretty fast, but it seemed like we were an issue instead of paying customers. You could tell that it was rushed and the nails were extremely uneven. It took maximum 25 minutes. There is nail polish all over our fingers and my friends cuticles were cut too low and she started bleeding. They also strangely only massaged one of my hands. The person who helped me saw she messed up one of my nails and wiped her finger over my nail then left it messed up. We kindly tipped 18% and it seemed like an issue after all the problems we had. It also was super dirty and the tools were very obviously not clean. There was literal dust from other peoples nails on the nail file. When you should throw it away after one use. Will not come back again sadly and I hope it gets better from here. read more

This review is specifically due to Vy, because she's done my nails both times I've come in. I got lucky to get her the first time, and now I only want to book with her! The regular polish pedicure I got from her lasted a ridiculously long time and looked absolutely perfect, and both sets of dip nails have been gorgeous- she makes them so thin that they look like gel, but they don't crack or peel and are just the best dip manicures I've ever had. Vy is also so sweet and and great to talk to! The polish choices are almost overwhelming with how many they have, so maybe get there a little early and give yourself some time to choose. read more

I'm laughing at this pedicure I've been here several times and I've had a few bad experiences including this one, needless to say this will be my last time coming here. Costumer service is great and they offered to fix it but I would have much preferred a refund (which they don't offer) especially because the damage was already done at this point. I had this fixed somewhere else and she said they drilled the shellac off as well as into my actual nail and it'll have to grow out before looking normal again. A wasted 40 dollars. read more
