Called and left a message - the business reached back out within 24H and I was able to make an appointment for my Sister in law, niece and myself come in on a Saturday. We arrived and were greeted immediately. They have a plethora of color options - both regular or gel. We all had pedicures with gel. All of our nail techs were pleasant and professional. I've been here several times. They are on the pricy side compared to nearby salons. I paid for an upgraded pedi yet the person doing my pedi didn't do some of the final steps. I did not receive any kind of massage with lotion as their website details. It was nice but I should get what I am paying for. I think I will try some other salons next time. A client should receive the service they paid for. It's not my job to make sure the salon specialist knows what is the pedi package. The owner came after me to specify. read more

Easily booked appointment the night before through the yelp app with Kevin - super fast and responsive. My sister and I got the lavender pedicures and they were wonderful! Brandy helped me pick the color with the most sparkle and once I got in the sun, they really popped! I love them! I get distracted by the glitter all the time and it just brightens my mood . I've never been one to get a mani/pedi on a regular schedule but Ruby Nails has changed that. I make sure to get a fresh mani/pedi every 2-3 weeks here. I recommend making a reservation. Every time I've booked through Yelp, Kevin, the owner of Ruby Nails, is very responsive to the requests. Very clean business that takes their time with whatever service you are receiving. I always get gel and the nail techs do a great job asking questions to make sure you get what you want with your nails. I feel like they are priced well so make sure to tip even better!! read more

I get my nails done every two weeks and decided to try this place out. Sally was so meticulous and did such an amazing job with the shape and fill of my nails! I've never had anyone get so perfectly into the cuticle bed without blooming up to the skin. I'd say they don't charge enough for this Gel Mani - and if you get Sally I suggest a 25% tip. I was in the neighborhood and had some time to get a quick pedicure. I did call ahead of time to make an appointment (they're preferred). She took me within 30 minutes and they are so friendly! The place is spotless and spacious! Their menu of pedicure services are fantastic and affordable. The massage was so relaxing and the paint job was perfect. I might just have to drive the extra 15 minutes just to experience it again! read more

It's rare to find a nail salon this awesome. Found this place on yelp, looking for somewhere that opened early today. I walked in today shortly after they opened, no appointment. I was able to get right in since someone else didn't show up for her appointment (thanks for the no-show, Sarah!). Carrie did a beautiful job on my nails and we had a lovely conversation the whole time. I was in and out in less than an hour. Also, she kept thanking me for trying them, which let me know she appreciates the business! They don't do acrylics, which is great, so the place doesn't reek of those chemicals. I was able to book next day through Yelp. My nail tech was friendly and I listened to a conference call during my time. She gave me a unique design that was exactly what I wanted - abstract French nail that hides new growth well. The place was well ventilated, clean, and didn't seem overbooked. I like going to places where it seems like the people working there enjoy their work. Next time I'll call ahead to see if I can get an Instagram worthy design to see how much that would be. Gel Mani + Pedi was $80, if I can keep it on for a month it'll be worth it. So far it's holding up well! read more

Reason to not waste your hard earned covid money here and instead go to the awesome TOP PRO NAILS AND TAN across the street and they do excellent dip manicures! Everybody's a professional everybody does great nails and they are really kind!!! They took excellent care of me after such a terrible experience and it really helped save my night I was having such a bad day. You choose for yourself but I will never ever be back and I will never tell any of my friends to go there again. Thanks Kevin you made this really easygoing put way far behind me. I've always felt awkward at Nail Salons but this is the first place I love coming into time and time again. I come here with my mom once a month now and I always feel so welcomed and relaxed. The girls here do such a good job and lovely to talk to as well. I particularly don't get any fancy acrylics or gels myself but they always make my simple buff and polish look clean and stylish. You won't find better customer service and they don't push costs or extras on you like other establishments. Sally almost always does me exclusively and I couldn't be more happy with the results, she remembers my preferences and puts extra TLC with my arms and legs. It's so so nice. Will never stop coming here. You guys are amazing. read more

This place really does live up to its stellar yelp reviews. I already booked another appointment. It's clean, the staff is friendly (and they all speak English!), the techs seem to be enjoying their jobs. Normally I'm low-key dreading going to a nail appointment because I want my nails done but I hate sitting there. I actually had fun talking to Brandy yesterday. She was helpful about color choice too, which I'm always really indecisive about. They apparently have a bunch of regulars that the staff greeted warmly. (My favorite was when an older guy came in to see if his wife was done yet and everyone seemed to know him. So cute.) I can't believe I've lived like 5 minutes from here for 6 years and only went for the first time yesterday. While the vibe is important, I should comment on my nails. They look great. Polish looks neat and goes all the way to the cuticle. She trimmed my cuticles but not excessively or uncomfortably. (I've been to places where it seems like they trim off half the finger skin around my nails - oof) I got shellac, and had shellac removed, but she didn't use a dremel. read more

Needed to get my nails done for a wedding. I was not surprised that they were all booked. Luckily they had a slot to fit me in. I don't get my nails done often but Cam made sure I was comfortable. A hidden gem. I dropped in out of the blue as my husband was getting a haircut next door and it was a great way to kill some time. They took me but I am not sure that is their routine policy and I was very happy. After have a horrible experience at the ridiculously expensive Purluxe in North Denver my hair stylist recommended Ruby Nails. Turns out this was the best decision I've made in choosing a nail salon. What I love: CND and OPI current colors. Large selection of fresh bottles of polish! No old thinned out bottles. They do not do Dip or Acrylic nails. I didn't feel comfortable speaking up in the moment, and my husband actually called the salon during my appointment to ask for it to be adjusted. Afterward, when I reviewed my receipt and realized the extent of the unexpected charges, I reached out to the salon and then followed up with a phone call to try to resolve the situation directly. Unfortunately, when I asked to speak with a manager and began explaining the situation, I was told they were "too busy" and the call was abruptly ended. I'm very disappointed not only in the lack of transparency during the service, but also in how my concern was handled afterward. I had high expectations based on the reviews, but this experience did not reflect that level of service or professionalism.
