Nice clean looking place. A little over priced for my liking & what I'm used to. $30 for matte gel manicure, that was a tiny bit sloppy. I asked for #2 manicure and was not provided with the paraffin wax. Guess he did #1 and added $5 for gel, idk ‍ Pedicure was ok $35, not much to complain on that. Would have liked hot stone massage incorporated. The gentleman that did my mani/pedi was very nice. I was the only one in there while doin my pedi. Was pretty dead, possibly due to COVID. Total came out to $67.27, $2.27 charge for not paying with cash, I paid w/CreditCard. Honestly I should have gotten a full set of acrylic or dip nails for the total payment. I will give them a second chance. Maybe next time I will actually get the dip nail set and see if that turns out better looking than the gel manicure. Overall the experience was pleasant. read more

Horrible service. I asked to take off my nails and get a new set. The man that did my nails had an attitude the entire time. After he had me soak my nails in the acetone, he proceeded to rip out the acrylic on my nails with HIS NAILS. No tools. Then when he started the new set, i told him a nail was crooked he pulled my hand and started to aggressively file my nail. He kept filing the wrong side of the nail, and got an attitude when i told him that he was doing the wrong side. The results were not worth it, nothing special. The service was trash. read more

It was my first time here, Terrible job , as you can see Left paint on my skin.. made me walk to the nail desk barefoot after getting my feet done Service felt very rushed & no attention to detail. When the lady made me walk to the nail dryer barefoot to dry my nails, she didn't even turn on the dryer.. i didn't realize it was off until like 10 minutes , so i turned it on myself. Sat under the dryer for like 30 minutes.. then i touched my nails to see if they were dried cus nobody checked up on me to see if they were.. they seemed very dry.. so i tried to pull my pant leg down to go home..2 of the nails messed up.. one was really bad , as if it had super thick layer of paint.. i only asked for that one to be fixed & i was willing to let the other nail slide. They told me to wait...(meanwhile it's not even busy, the lady who did my nails jus disappeared) I waited for 15-20 minutes & got to help.. so i just left. Never going there again. I was in town visiting and finally had some time to pamper myself. I decided to get a pedicure and regret that decision. The pedicure took maybe 20 minutes total and was not relaxing at all. The lady was in a hurry and hurt me when she was cleaning up my cuticles. I jumped in pain but she continued to pull and cut the cuticle. For the rest of the afternoon, my toe was red and sore. I figured the pain would go away, but it didn't. 10 days later and I finally went to the doctor because my toe is still red, sore and now swollen. Turns out, I have an infection and am now on antibiotics. I would never recommend this place. read more

Horrible. I went there twice. The first time they were too long and I pointed it out and he said no it's fine they look good. The second time I got a different person and I said I wanted oval and he angled EVERY nail to the right and made them too short and I said something about it and he's like no no that's oval and kept angling them to the right. My daughter and I went into get pedicures, my daughter is 5, she got the #1 package and I got #3, they told us to pick a color and didn't inform us the entire selection was gel polish so it was a $15 upcharge for each pedicure. The gentleman took so long and didn't even do a good job, there's still nail polish all over my toes, it's splotchy and uneven. Don't waste your time. I got my nails and toes done Thursday night... this picture was taken Tuesday. This is supposed to be Gel Polish but it's obviously super cheap. I paid 82$ plus a tip for a gel manicure and pedicure. I haven't done anything crazy with my nails and yet they are peeling off! During my pedicure the guy kept cutting my skin trying to get the previous Gel polish off (lasted over 2 months - not done here) and he cut them so poorly. This place is horrible to say the least!!!!! My friend and I went to go get pedicures and had a bad experience, we were actually going to Northeast Nails in the same shopping center but it was closed so we went to this one. The gentleman doing my feet was nice and joking with us whole time but the lady next to us getting her pedicure by the owner was kicked out in front of everyone. All she asked for was if he could paint her nails a certain way so she wouldn't get lumps. The owner got up off his chair yelling at her that he does it his way and for her to leave. She proceeded to get her things and he was yelling at her to go and kept following her all the way to the door. The place got real quiet and uncomfortable, we asked the guy doing our pedis if that was the owner and he said yes (that's how I know he was the owner), the girl that was next had her nails done by the owner and she also requested her nails be a certain way (which made me nervous for her) he basically ignored her and did them his way. She didn't say anything but you can tell she was upset. Now, back to my pedi, it was time to paint my nails and for some reason the nail polish I chose kept running to the sides of my nails and the gentleman had to keep fixing them, he finally gave up and left them that way. I called him back after he started someone else's pedi and showed him my toes, he told me to chose another color because the one I chose wasn't drying, so I did (not a big deal). When I went to pay he charged me an extra $3 for the nail polish he had to remove (like it was my fault!) I didn't say anything, I just wanted out of there as soon as possible. So I'm sitting down on my phone when the lady starts my feet I realized I didn't notice if they used new clippers and stuff. Then I look over and the guy next to me straight up grabbed his basket and moved to the next person with the same tools. by this time I was nearly finished. Absolutely terrible. Got the deluxe nail spa. The guy slapped on the product and wiped it off immediately after. Also made the mistake of getting the gel polish and he painted half my pinky toe. I went to get a gel manicure removed, and the nail tech used an electric sander rather than acetone, without even asking me about my preferences. I just went with it because I don't get gel manicures often and I'm not super familiar with the typical procedures. My nails have NEVER been as thin as they are now. I also got a regular manicure once the gel was removed, and it was almost humorous how incredibly awful it looked. I wish I took a photo, but I went home and immediately took the polish off without thinking about it. Now my nails are breaking constantly, and they're rough and bumpy along the tops because of his awful workmanship. I 1000% do NOT recommend coming here. Awful service, terrible work, and they're not even cheaper than other places around the area. They ruined my nails and I completely regret ever going there. read more

Honestly one of the worst salons I've been too in a while. I should have known to leave when the girl before me stormed out very angry. She was doing all she could to hold her tongue but said she'd never come back. Then it was my turn. I sat down at the same chair of the woman who just left. The station was an absolute disaster. Tones of nail clippings everywhere, at least 3 dozen gel, powder and polish containers overflowwIng on the surrounding the tables. But I was in a hurry and I'm desperate need to replace my polish. I picked out a color and long story short they didn't have the color I wanted (no big deal it happens) so tHe guy told me to pick another color and threw... yes threw the samples at me. This wasn't a situation where it cOuld have just slipped out of his hands which has happned to me. No he threw them at me. Stormed all over the room, went outside came back in he was all over the place. During my manicure he kept turning around to watch tv,.. not just a casual glance. He straight up tirned his back tto me and would just eat TXU the tv. The manicure I got said it came with a messag. He. Just slapped lotaion on my hands and was like your done. This is the short version... soo many other things happened that made me really mad. I almost didn't pay. I definitely didn't tip. I would not recommend this place the guy was A mess. License were expired, used same manicure tools on two people in our group without cleaning. They did not do a complete manicure no lotion on arms or hands. If you do not want gel they ignore you. The gel manicure is pricey costing $30. The fish in aquarium were dead just floating around. My fingers are Bloody where the cuticles were cut too low. The polish is streaky and uneven. There was a small girl that would pick your color polish for you obviously a child of someone that worked there. This place is great if you want to get an INFECTION!! I went here a week ago for a pedicure, the water was scolding hot. The guy I had wore gloves and seemed nice but that doesn't make up for the pain and agony that I'm still feeling a week later. After long thought and trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, it dawned on me that the tools he used didn't come from a sterilized jar or anything remotely close. They came from the bottom of the bin and were tossed back in when he was done. This place is time consuming and NOT CLEAN. I don't recommend this place. My BF daughter came to visit from Connecticut and needed fills for her and her daughter. I recommended this place because I had gotten my upper lip waxed twice there before but never nails and figured I would recommend it what a mistake!! Just like other reviews my friend asked them to touch up 2 finger nails that weren't painted well and they got mad at her and told her she was too picky my friend got upset and told them she was paying for a complete job not a half way job and they got more mad and started yelling at them to get out and leave. NEVER AGAIN! Rude, condescending, and unprofessional. I witnessed a lady come in who politely disputed an extra charge to her card. She was yelled at and the owner (?) made a scene. The same man was terribly rude to my friend and made unnecessary comments about her feet. Her polish looked awful. She went back today to have it fixed and he yelled at her! He then threw the polish in a drawer and said he wasn't touching her feet anymore. As for my pedicure yesterday, it was barely "okay." For $35, I expect a pedicure that really makes me relax; when i pay extra for a deluxe pedicure and it says it includes a massage, I expect more than just rubbing lotion into my skin. GARBAGE. This is by far the worse the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The wait was extremely long, with only three employees working. Still they kept accepting customers, and telling them the wait was only fifteen minutes long. I was skipped several times before I actually got to see the manicurist. I explained to him that I wanted a manicure, with a pink acryclic overlay, and natural gel color. He was friendly and assured me that it would "be no problem"; although he would have to he would have to soak my nails to remove my old gel Polish. At my regular nail salon this usually takes up to five minutes or less; I sat there with my wrinkled fingers in the bowl for almost 20 minutes. The man went ahead and began doing a pedicure. I was surprised and a little annoyed. At that point the owner of the salon told me "Hey lady, move here now" and pointed to his station. He was very curt and rude. I told him was I wanted, he said "oh yea". To my utter surprise, he finished removing the Polish, filed my nails (painfully, might I add), and started doing the acrylic part of my manicure!!!!! At this point I am starting to get upset. I asked him if he had forgotten about my manicure, because I needed my cuticles cut. He assured me he didn't and said he would get too it. He finished the acrylic, and filed them. I asked for round he did squared (surprise surprise). I took the file and proceeded to file them myself. He was surprised and he told me he was not finished and he filed them to my liking. I wasn't happy with the result of my acrylic overlay, but I thought a nude Polish would cover them nicely. I had shown the owner a picture of them. Once he started the color, I knew the manicure was out the window. Wow!!!! He started the Polish and he put an ugly clear coat that I definitely did not pick, and I told him I didn't like the color, nor had I picked it out or agreeded to it. He got very ANGRY!!! He told me that was what I asked for, what I showed him, and that my picture was not realistic. I asked him for another color, and that it would be nude. THE OWNER OF THE SALON GOT UP, WALKED TO THE COLORS AND YELLED AT ME, THEN HE CURED; "GOD DAMN IT! SON OF A BITCH! F' THIS S#$%!! I was floored. He finished my nails and I walked out of there one unhappy, insulted and pissed of customer. This is the WORST NAIL SALON I've ever been to. The OWNER (if I could underline owner and make it bigger I would) did a dip manicure for me and it was the worst experience I ever had. He used the drill too close to my skin to the point where I had to pull my hand back because it hurt so much. He didn't even acknowledge the fact that he caused pain to my finger.when he applied a clear coat it burned the area that he drilled too much on and he still didn't acknowledge me. He just kept on going like nothing happened! His fingernails kept digging into my skin when he was filing my nail which made my experience so uncomfortable. The absolute worst part, they charged my card $5 extra then what I signed for! I wish I would have read these reviews before going. I just had a terrible experience here. I went for a pedicure. The girl proceed to do it. She's busy chatting w a coworker, not saying a word to me. She's cutting my toe nails and cuticles and cuts my middle toe making it bleed, she say nothing proceeding, just putting my foot in the water. I pull my foot out to look at it and tell her the reason she cut me is because she is cutting to short and ask her not to cut so short. She disregard my request and cuts another toe making it bleed too. She say sorry and says, it ok? I say no, it's not ok. Her coworker begins yelling at me saying, "she sorry, it accident". I said first time was an accident, second time is careless because I asked her not to cut so short. He starts yelling st me, "get the hell out". I'm not sure if they staralize the equipment well.
