Yeah well one of the things I hate the most of when you ask for a design and they give you something completely different. That's what happened to me here and besides when they were doing the pedicure the girl didn't even get the callus removal tool or anything even when I bought the deluxe pedicure. They did my nails and pedicure at the same time which felt kindda rushed and didn't give me a chance to really enjoy the pedicure. They did a nice color on work on my toes and toenails but still my hand nails are not great they just kindda look off and I'm kindda sad that today was my off day to rad and enjoy and they do this type of thing, Anyway probably it's a good place just to get regular nail polish or gel but not more than that read more

Came in for a deluxe pedicure $40 gel ( like in every other place ) $15 extra. Then I was almost forced to do a different type of pedicure that was $50. Holly, Peter, and literally everyone have been so welcoming and it's a family-like environment and feeling. I come usually every 7-10 days. The service is amazing and they keep me coming back. I recommended Northeast Nails to all my friends and clients from work. I recently brought my girls for kids services and they have been so gentle and kind to them. They treated my 2 young daughters with professionalism and with such kindness. I have been coming here for years and will continue so. Grandma, son, granddaughter and I were all seen at once. They got us all seated and started on us within 5-7 minutes. Staff is friendly and conversational. Good music playing overhead. Nails came out great. Price is reasonable, you get what you pay for, with options ranging from $32-$60 pedicure. My daughter got an acrylic nail job and they came out great! read more

Facility was clean and staff seemed pleasant... they didn't say much in English or to me. I got dip on my natural nails, no tips and it was a slow day while I was there. Several nails are different shapes and uneven on top, so I had to take to my nail file once I left. Not something I want to do when I pay $45 plus tip, but hoping it was just a one time thing. My gel manicure turn out okay and my daughter's lasted about a week, but she is a HS cheerleader. This place is titled Spa but there is not much pampering going on there at all. It seems that my review was DELETED. I will continue to set the record straight with this place. 1. The water was cold while soaking my feet 2. The nail filing was SLOB KABOB 3. The guy didnt even clean underneath my nails 4. Sooo pushy on wanted you to get a more expensive package when it was my first time there and I wanted to see if even the upgrade was worth it! SO NOT 5. The guy started clipping away at my nails without asking if I wanted to keep my length or have then shorter. 6.while using what looked to be some cheese grinder on my he would put that thin back into my cold water alto rinse off the dead skin..EW 7. I went for gel pedicure and he wasn't allowing the ghetto device they used to cure the gel correctly. 8. He was so quick to say DONE and my nails were STILL STICKY AND NOT CURED. I tell him "ummmm my gel is still super sticky" he grabs the ugly green towels with holes in them and wipes off the gel! 9. Without an apology he QUICKLY just throws the top coat on again and sort of let's the ghetto LED light cute them for longer, I could've told him that. Ugh 10. 42 dollars for what? A slob kabob job!? I regret not saying how disappointed I with whatever it was he did. I shouldn't have paid. I moved here from L.A and I'm SHOOK by my first pedicure here. I went in for a simple basic pedicure w/ my gf & the lady completely finished mine in abt 7 minutes. she didn't ask if i wanted my toe nails to be cut & just went straight in for it. she did the entire thing w cuticle cutters. when we left i looked at my feet in the car & 2 of my toes still had the nail hanging on it still attached & she almost completely took off my pinky toe nail. both of my big toes got cut at crazy angles on the edges. so fast forward to now a week later, i have swollen ingrown toenails on both of my big toes & there is pus coming out of the one in my right foot. not to mention they were re-using dirty tools that they pulled out of a little white drawer. disgusting fr don't waste your time / money here i promise you can do it better your damn self at the crib. read more

I came from California and when I got to Texas, I decided to get my nails done. When I got my nails done at this place for the first time, I was satisfied and beyond pleased. Since I love cats, I asked for one of workers there, Kim, to paint a cat onto my nails and it was adorable! As I got my nails done, I noticed that the people who worked at this place were also really happy and invested as they were working. Moms brought their children with them and even they looked extremely excited. Because of that, the store has a nice and friendly environment. As for cleanliness, I could tell that they cleaned the store daily. If you were to come here, you should note that the place is packed at around noon (on Saturdays), so I suggest you come at a diffrent time. I was so impressed with the friendly staff. For my daughter's first set she was a tad nervous. They welcomed us and made her feel so comfortable. Willing to try whatever insta pic style she wanted and even, helped her get the same look in a far more practical application so she can still play sports. I wish I had gotten her techs name. My tech Nick, OMG so precise with his work,hands down the best results I've gotten. For my oldest daughters full set with Gel and tons if little diamonds. Even after seeing the bad reviews of this place, I decided to give it a try because it is close to my house and I didn't need anything fancy done. I literally came here just to have my dip removed and to trim my fingernails. I wish I hadn't. Removing the dip was fine, as it takes zero skill. But the trim was awful. I left with some long nails, some short nails, some square nails and some round nails. I ended up having to cut all my nails and shape them myself. I get greeted and they gave me a price of 50 for my fills coffin with a white outline. Once I'm getting my nails done the girl changes the price. She tells me it's 45 for the price plus 15 for coffin and 15 more for the white outline. 5 for the broken nail. The man by the door knew I had a broken nail and wanted the same coffin shape and instead of the black I wanted white. I said it clearly. Very thin line of white. She said no. Each of them greet me when they walk by as I get my service. Their nails last, they take pride in their work and they customize any design I ask for to make sure I leave satisfied. They even tell me in advance if I need a new set on my next visit, making the current set last as long as they can. I love the service I get and will always come back here.
