Came in here and it was not busy. They offered only so many different colors as far as gel. I wanted a short square shaped nail and they were pretty round. when i had to request for what I wanted the person wasn't too happy but ended up fixing them. The pedicure part wasn't bad! The staff were wonderful, the lady was detail oriented and asked how you were doing throughout service. She made sure to take care of the entire nail bed during both my pedicure and manicure. My feet felt so refreshed and toenails looked great. My nail beds looked clean and the polish job was wonderful. She made sure I stayed seated until my nails were completely dry, which I appreciated! This is the BEST nail salon I have found in El Paso. I have tried several others with either too high prices or just not clean enough, but this salon is both super clean and has amazing prices. They just opened recently, so not a whole lot of staff yet, but they do an amazing job with accommodating everyone. My mom and I walked in and were greeted right away and only waited a few minutes before getting our pedicure chairs. Oh have I mentioned how incredible the pedicure chairs are?! You seriously won't find any others like these! Also, they are still doing their 10% off promotion! They have dip and a huge collection of gel to pick from. Went in today for a dip manicure and all I can say is it's the worst service I've ever received. I'm visiting from out of town and I've done dip on my nails several times. After removing my previous dip, she didn't prep or clean my nails for my next set. They are a clumpy mess, the sides look terrible, the shape is off, and they look as if I got them done weeks ago. I really do hope the owner reaches out to give me a refund as this is no where near what a dip mani should look like. Very dissatisfied. read more

This new nail salon is run by competent individuals and will only get better with time! The pedicurist that did my feet took her time and slayed all of the callouses. The manicurist was the manager or owner and was showing a little stress in the face of a long line of ladies waiting, but managed to deliver a great gel manicure. Not at all impressed. This is probably the worst manicure I've ever gotten in my whole life. My nails are all uneven, and my cuticles were barely touched. The guy dipped my hands in cold water to "soak," which lasted about a minute. The polish is clumpy and has bubbles in it. The entire manicure took about 10 minutes total!... I sat under the dryer longer than that, and my nails still aren't dry! The only thing this place has going for it is the fact that it is decently clean. Don't waste your money here. read more

I like this nail shop mostly because there is never a wait. And they are friendly. They have powder dip, gel and regular. The massage chairs are brand new. And they massage soo well. I have been a loyal client for the pst 6 months, and I go every 2 weeks, because I'm a stickler for clean, pretty fingernails and toenails. Went in to get a fill. I got the acrylics put on at another salon and liked my shape but the man filed them and made them skinnier. I like the shape they are just not even. For some reason once he started using the machine on my nails, some of my fingers started burning. The pain was almost unbearable when he'd touch my fingers but I just stayed quiet. Not the rudest people ever but definitely not the nicest. It was a quick service as they were busy and short on staff but he took his time. I asked for a rhinestone on my ring finger and I told him one more time before he started doing them and he replied with "I know" sternly which I didn't appreciate. He put three rhinestones on my finger when I only wanted one but again I just stayed quiet as I didn't want him to get mad. They turned out pretty nice however. And they didn't even do the manicure but charged me for the full set and manicure which I never got a manicure. Nice place. I'm visiting from out of town and my family lives down the street. There is a large selection of colors to choose from. I did not like that my pedicurist seemed scared to get the dead skin off of my feet and I had to instruct her to go on the side of toes and clean from under the nails something I'm used getting when I get a pedicure. I wouldn't suggest getting the deluxe pedicure unless you just want to splurge. The regular pedicure will do you just fine. I got a regular manicure and that was fine. A friend and I went into the Nail Salon for 2 pedicures. We were quoted $25 for the basic pedicure, and ended up being both charged $40. Was not told of any extra charges that were going to be added. Went in today with my best friend for two basic pedicures and one with shellac. Place is clean and they have a good variety of colors . My lady rushed through my entire pedicure and did not even attempt to take cuticles off or use the creme softened to put them back then remove . When I had asked her if I was just getting a nail color put on VS a pedicure because she didn't do half the regular steps for a pedicure she got very upset and said that my cuticles were too hard but she hadn't even tried to soften them and didn't even leave my feet more than a minute to soak in the cold water before starting. She finished a SHELLAC PEDI in less than 25 minutes . My friend who was so kind to pay for my pedicure today told the lady she felt she didn't do a good job because she was still only being worked on her first foot when mine was completely done. My best friend ended up telling the lady she felt like she rushed and the lady ended up yelling at my friend saying she had done her best and that she was a professional and stormed off extremely heated . First off this is a place of business and if you care about service because you are in the service industry you should never speak to a guest in that manner . I don't like paying 40$ for a pedicure when I didn't even get my feet scrubbed and she didn't even attempt to do a massage at the end . Overall I left disappointed felt like my friend payed 40 for my feet in which I could have done a basic scrub and shellac-Ed my own feet at home . Basic place and rushed service .
